1. Education starts at home:
“Therefore, take these words of mine into your
heart and soul… Teach them to your children,
speaking of them when you are at home and
when you are away, when you lie down and when you get up.” Deuteronomy 11:18-19
Before you send your kids to the world to get
the knowledge they need to live in it, lay a
firm foundation of their faith in the Word of
God. Teach them the Bible and share your
personal testimonies with them. Thus, when
they go to school, the system will not
turn them away from the Lord.

2. Build up the personality:
“Do not conform yourselves to this age but be
transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect. The new school year offers an opportunity to renew the mind by
gaining knowledge.” Romans 12:2
Parents are not to rely on school for building
up godly personalities of their kids. It’s not
the school’s or the churches’ job to do that.
It’s up to you, parents. So, teach your kids
how to transform their minds into the pattern
of God to resist the world.

3. Teach them to learn:
“For the protection of wisdom is as the protection
of money; and knowledge is profitable because
wisdom gives life to those who possess it.
Wisdom, understanding and knowledge are gifts
of the Holy Spirit.” Ecclesiastes 7:12
Teach your kids to value knowledge and open
mind being eager to receive it. Tune them up
to learning and help them realize that
schooling is the foundation for becoming
wealthy and successful. Edify them also to
invest time and money into their education to
be and to do more in life.

4. Set an example:
“And Jesus advanced [in] wisdom and age and
favor before God and man.” Luke 2:52
We all need role models or heroes to follow in
their footsteps. Let Jesus be their hero and
make yourself their role models eager to learn
and grow.

5. Teach them to discern:
“See to it that no one captivates you with an
empty, seductive philosophy according to human tradition, according to the elemental powers of the world and not according to Christ.” Colossians 2:8
Not everything they learn in school can be Godly. Train your kids to eat
the meat and spit out the bones.

Prayer is the powerful spiritual weapon given to us by God. Jesus said you should always pray and never despair. These 7 prayers will enable you to get healing and victory from the Lord.
1. Prayer for self-care:
You do need to take good care of your body,
as it is the temple of God. Ask the Lord to
help you in this and thank Him for all the
blessings first. Then list your needs. Those
might be the money for medical checkups,
teeth care, etc. Ask God to provide you with
everything you need for life and happiness.

2. When you are in pain:
“Dear God, It hurts so bad. Dull the pain with
Your love. Blur the sharp edges by reminding me
that from bad comes good. Help me appreciate
that after the sorrow, joy is sweeter. I look
forward to better times. I can endure anything
with You by my side. Amen.”
You may use this prayer to help you get the
power from heaven and heal your body and
soul.

3. Prayer for mercy:
God’s mercy exalts over the justice. When the
justice was ready to hang you, the mercy cut
the rope. So, pray for yourself and for others
to see His mercy every day, because this is
why we are still alive.

4. Prayer for peace:
"Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much
seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen."
This beautiful prayer was created by Saint
Francis. Use it to be the tool of God.

5. Thank you prayer for friends:
Friends can be our blessings. And such
relations come from the Lord. So, take some
time to thank Him for these special people
and ask for the positive change and blessing
into their lives.

6. Prayer for grace:
“Dear God, My life is a mess and I don't want to live this way anymore. Give me the grace to
overcome my sloppy habits. Help me by showing me the strength I already have is all I need to change. Amen.”
By the grace of God, we are who we are. It has
the real life changing and healing power it in.

7. Prayer for self-worth:
Jesus said: love your neighbor as yourself. It
means we need to learn to love and respect
ourselves before we can love others. Pray to
the Lord to show you all the investments He
has made into you. Ask Him to show His
character and traits in you. And thank Him
sincerely for who you are.
