I can't agree less with you, for sometimes Now Glo has been deducting #10 from my act everyday when I call d customer service, I was told its is one VAS message I never subscribed to, I ask them to stop it, it stop for sometime later they reintroduce it but this time I don't gt messge of d deduction but just noticed my acct reducing despite not calling I called again it stop.

they later graduate to deducting #50 for caller tune I never subscribed to even in my dream. call d customer care again as usual. I was storied. though it stop, but last week friday I recharge #200, deliberately monitor d acct, I make few calls calculated I how much they support to removed cos am on Glo Infinito, but to my surprise as usual by Sunday #100 deducted.........I was pissed off.

most annoying is d fact that the customer care can take up to 30min before your call is picked, so can't waste my battery.... just decided not to recharge on d line again.
