Well ,1 million  naira is a lot of money.I actually started my upstair  with 1.09million naira excluding land and blocks in the village and i build it above window  level before proceeding to decking and others.

In my own case,i put my old phone no in my old phone and put the new sim card i bought in my new phone.So my old line and old phone is always switched off.I am the one that calls them if i have anything to discuss with them.
