You asked? "Why do we hate"?
I tried to explain the origin of ALL NEGATIVE EMOTIONS.

DID YOU NOT READ IN THE BIBLE: "FOR I AM A JEALOUS GOD"? grin

It only follows that in "HIS" own image and likeness, people will be MOSTLY filled with HATE, ENVY AND JEALOUSY. . . . Like their GOD!

FamilyWhy Do We Hate? by IkembaCMD(op):
Why do we hate?

Hate!,

That feeling of disgust, the thought of
dislike, the emotion of rejection…
Well, let’s get it straight… Hate is as old as man.
It sources from the time of wearing figs and
hides to the hood and Sneakers era. Very well,
hate has been described in many ways and in
numerous forms. Every spheres of life has its
own attribution of hate.
Hate, is a measure to which the Human
emotions can not favor a subject or object
according to the conditions or environment on
which the subject acts upon. That definition of
mine looks technical, right? Well, it simply means
having a negative attitude towards Someone or
Something.

Let’s get the main point aright, WHY DO WE
HATE?... Seriously speaking, except when it is
really intense, a lot of us sometimes find it
difficult to give a tangible reason as to why we
dislike something or someone, W e are just
like ..”I just hate that guy, I don’t know why!”, “I
don’t like going to the village, I just don’t like it”,
“Oh My God! I hate that Course, it’s just
somehow”….. among other examples.
It is for this reason I have gone into the crypts
of the Society most especially the Academic and
Social environments on to why we as Humans
hate.
As-a-matter-of-factly speaking, I really have
some interesting tips on this issue, They go
thus;

THREAT : Its either the Subject of Hate is a
threat to us or a form of danger to our well-
being. Take for example, Diseases, War and Pain
are threats to the human nature , Therefore, it is
pertinent to hate them. Also in human terms, is a
typical example of a wicked and inhumane
Dictator or terrorist whose actions are thought
are to wrought evil and death; He or she also
would be hated due to the nature of his actions.

THE WANNABE ; People hate people sometimes
because they want to be like the others. This is
illustrated better as “ENVY”. It connotes Mr. A
hating his fellow Mr.B because he wants to be
like Mr.B and due to some circumstances or
reasons, he just could not. This feeling of not
being fulfilled could stir up hate for Mr.A who
just gets lucky every time and never fails at any
attempt. This kind of hate could really get bad
and may become uncorrectable.

SELF-MISCHIEF ; Quite so often, people can
hate because they hate themselves as human
beings. This may sound awkward but it really
happens in our everyday life. I could hate you
because I am not content with my living
conditions. This is better described as”
FRUSTRATION”. The impact of rejection, poverty,
emptiness, disability and hopelessness among
other paraphernalia could spring up Self-hatred
which would speak out boldly on the outside
world also. This parameter of hate if not kindled
quickly could result into Suicide or something
worse.

IT DOESN’T AGREE WITH OUR CONVICTIONS :
“ I hate my wife, she’s such a nag!”…A couple of
husbands would have made this kind of
statement quite a number of time. This centes
on one thing – Their wives don’t agree with
them, its like, their wives don’t want to
understand them-This applies to normal folks
too. A healthy dialogue could graduate into a
volcanic argument if the matter of dialogue isn’t
clarified or understood properly.
Lastly, hate is a part of the human emotional
makeup. It brings a balance between the
necessities of good and evil.
On a concluding note, I am confident that this
reflective write-up would have added to Our
collage of knowledge concerning the reasons
why we Humans HATE!.
Thanks.

Democracy day

The day of Handover
Involving Nigerians just like the Israelites and the Passover
Power is changing Hands today
Nigeria is intense like The Sun's ray

Oh Buhari
You took power in '83 from Shagari
Well, it was in the era of the Military
A true tale we heard from History

Nigerians thirst for you to meet them at the point of need
Not to repeat Past deeds
Deeds baptised in Waste and Greed
Acts governed by Men whose hands swing lead

The Swearing-in Ceremony
An APC member's Testimony
Hmmm! We breath deeply
For we know not what is ahead, truly!.

Let Jonathan live in Silence
Let His household rest in calmness
He has lead a nation with Harness
He deserves his reverence

Fellow Nigerians
Live in vigilance
Be watchful
Be hopeful

God bless Our Dear Great Nation
HAPPY DEMOCRACY DAY

HAPPY HANDOVER DAY

Good-day Doctors!

I once heard that there are some medical students who regrets for ever opting for medicine and some may along the line change their course.

Please is there any one here who have had this experience or who is having this experience?

What are the possible causes of the regret?

How could one overcome it?

I am an aspirant...

Thanks!

Man...

Day by Day,
Man strives hard to live well...
Yet His days are numbered like petals on a metal plate...
Our first needs were Food and Shelter, Then we started aspiring for more,
We want to lead and top the Rank chain;...
Nonetheless, Greed overwhelms the slippery and Hate devours the obsessed...
Looking at this Twisted imperfections,
My mind drills deep into an ecclesiastical heartsore and my Soul trembles in agitation...
Not for the misery behind mankind nor the brevity of his time on Earth but for -
The cluelessness to live a life of legacy and to propagate an existence of Contentment...
Man!... What a creation,
So outstanding, yet Imperfect
So intelligent yet greedy
So uniform yet diversified
So thoughtful yet clueless...
Man!.. Nature's most mystical asset,
God's most craziest work...
So how should Man live a good life and propagate a Peaceful coexistence,
I'd say by Living for something worthwhile and Making a Good use of God's investment in Him!.

I'm a 100l medical student in the University of Ilorin. Waited impatiently for the first semester result until yesterday when they started releasing it "3s". Got As in all the first set and the second set ( that's 6A). Everyone was waiting for the third and determining set until this night when this bad thing happened. Checked and was shocked, Got 2 As and 1B in the last set. I felt like dying. My target has been to get 5.0 in the faculty this year(both semesters). This course that I got B in is so simple that even average students are getting "A". But I thank God, every occurrence has its reason(s) of happening. . But I will never forget this!!!
