I now have 50 premium at SH (48 SH owned, 2mine), 80 geo+non-geo, 3 at BB.

Do you renew some names At times?

My oldest domain is 9months old, I'm 9mnths into the business. But I'm building my renewal plans.

Besides, if anyone has a name about to drop and not renewing, its always advisable to drop it for us here,

I'll try to sell each domain i have, if I don't and don't intend to renew, in it's last 2weeks I'll try name liquidate, if it doesn't sell, I'll drop here

Ever wondered why most sold names remain undeveloped for a while or even dropped at some point later on. Now here might be why @Screenshot.

For me most names I've sold may 70% have ended up as developed sites and the others with same nameservers i sold it with or pointing to an unknown destination.


There are other reasons though, again I've seen cases where a seller picks a name be sold from the drop and resells it again.

Because I have done that number of times without any issues.
If you can advocate for direct transactional interface between buyer and seller, why then did you even go to an Escrow in the first place.
Because most of us don't have PayPal account, and buyers are more comfortable with escrow service

I tire for the type of risky advice some people throw around here.

How long has this seller held this name that he can't wait for just 1 week to conclude this transaction?
The buyer paid HIS MONEY, and he feels he has the right to have HIS DOMAIN.

Those that started reading this page from page 1, without skipping a page will know that right from their Undeveloped days, one can hardly expect anything from Dan during weekends.

I see no reason why seller should bypass a markeptplace & interact with buyer.

If he bypasses Dan & pushes the domain to buyer, buyer can demand for a refund.

by then domain is in buyers possesion & nothing anyone can do about that.

selling domains is mostly by grace, quality most times doesn't guarantee sales nevertheless, this domain is of high quality. It's hard to find such domain of over 100k population available.
