I pitched the singular of a domain to an end user, we agreed on price and told me to give him an hour to make to the purchase. 1hour became 24 hours and then 48 hours. I followed up and asked why he hasn't proceeded with payment, he gave me some unconnected response and backed out. Little did I know that he's gone to register the plural for 5 years and has redirected it to his main site.

I saw SH's updated guideline for domain submissions and I had an epiphany.

I waka enter my Rejected List, more than 2,000 names were staring at me. I shock!!!

I copied all of them to Namesilo Bulk Search, 500 at a time. Most were still available. Na so I start to dey select and submit. So far 2 has been accepted.

Trends change. And SH changes with the trend.

Awesome yesterday. Bought a domain on the 10th, sold it $500 the next day (11th). Interestingly, the only company I targetted bought it. My buy it now was $700, he made a close offer of $500. No problem, take it. He paid within 10 minutes. All thanks to God Almighty.

Let me leave an observation here: be careful of what free tools you use for verifying emails, particularly for bulk verification. Consider using a paid option instead.

I have tried the free bulk tools by H-supertools and hqhow at different times; the results were disappointing. They often marked valid email addressess as invalid. I could have easily missed many valid addresses had I not been observant.

If you can't afford to pay for verification yet, please make do with manual or single email verification. MailTester used to be helpful for this but not anymore. I recently found that Verifyemailaddress/org isn't as bad for single email verifications as I had thought all this time.

If you purchase domain on netsol. Your contact information will be displayed on who.is

Some buyers even detect the IP of the seller.

In a nutshell, Nigeria's image could be the problem when buyer gets wind of the buyer's location.
