I'm not a boss (still a learner).. I always go with the push option cos u receive ur money faster that way. With transfer you'll be hustling for with code and waiting for buyer to receive the domain b4 they pay u but with push, once u push the name to Dan they start processing ur payment... Nothing else concerns u

Spiritualizt:

Please, for many that have multiple cryptocurrency dealer accounts, which one do you prefer ( paxful, luno, nairaEx,and more) most in terms of
1. account opening
2. Ease of transactions
3. ease of verification
4. smooth navigation
5. transparency ( large transactions without wahala)
and any more .
Thanks....

I pitched the singular of a domain to an end user, we agreed on price and told me to give him an hour to make to the purchase. 1hour became 24 hours and then 48 hours. I followed up and asked why he hasn't proceeded with payment, he gave me some unconnected response and backed out. Little did I know that he's gone to register the plural for 5 years and has redirected it to his main site.

Oyibo has played a fast one on me

tranxo:
Looks like you attained Silver Status?

johnoj24:
I think it's for only the bosses on SH

division2020:
I listed on Afternic with BIN PRICE but the price is not showing on the display, is this the way Afternic market place works.

it direct anyone to request for price

Sapiosexuality:
For real? What exactly did you change and can you remember the one or two names and the adjustments you made?

Sapiosexuality:
What sort of description would such a name carry? Does description really matter?

I have been occupied with many things lately. Few days ago, I didn't know what I was looking for, but I stumbled into my SH listings.

I saw SH's updated guideline for domain submissions and I had an epiphany.

I waka enter my Rejected List, more than 2,000 names were staring at me. I shock!!!

I copied all of them to Namesilo Bulk Search, 500 at a time. Most were still available. Na so I start to dey select and submit. So far 2 has been accepted.

Trends change. And SH changes with the trend.

iykepromotions:
Awesome yesterday. Bought a domain on the 10th, sold it $500 the next day (11th). Interestingly, the only company I targetted bought it. My buy it now was $700, he made a close offer of $500. No problem, take it. He paid within 10 minutes. All thanks to God Almighty.

Edited; Picked from expireddomains.net @ $8.75 via dynadot.

Sold $500 next day

Payout after commission - $455

You guys who quoted him kindly modify your post

OYENIYIJK:
Hi

I understand that you guys might not want the domains at the moment.

However, can you guys make us an offer on it? It's likely we'd accept it.

Please do get back to us to have all these competitive domain names before we sell it to your competitors.

Hello ikhalyfah, U1,

My forner email i used for outbound was disabled so i tried to get it back all to no avail... Anyway i eventually opened another mail yesterday and i have like 160 end users to mail...

My question is if i sent the 160 mail one by one till i finish it, i hope my new account will not be disabled again due to high influx of message sent for a new email address...

U1:
Let me leave an observation here: be careful of what free tools you use for verifying emails, particularly for bulk verification. Consider using a paid option instead.

I have tried the free bulk tools by H-supertools and hqhow at different times; the results were disappointing. They often marked valid email addressess as invalid. I could have easily missed many valid addresses had I not been observant.

If you can't afford to pay for verification yet, please make do with manual or single email verification. MailTester used to be helpful for this but not anymore. I recently found that Verifyemailaddress/org isn't as bad for single email verifications as I had thought all this time.

Nice one iKhalyfah

I saw u had California wedding music which didn't sell, and I sold wedding music Chicago last month for $200 hold time was just 2days.
Honesty I have never seen a business unpredictable like domaining.

The purpose of this series is to reflect back on my purchases, know where i made mistakes, reassure myself that not all my domains will sell. And take others along on what i prefer and my criteria for buying names. Enjoy the read!

Do you guys use Los Angeles or just LA in geo domains and New York City or just NYC, DFW also got me confused too...

What a MIRACLE WEEKEND for me... Was very broke. Had only 2k on me on Friday. Then I decided to re-outbound some domain I registered when I started 4 months ago. To make it easier to sell. I reduce their prices to $100 each.

Friday Outbound & Sale
Chester County Realty //king

Saturday Outbound & Sale
Fresno Floors //king

Today Sunday Outbound and Sale
Katy Marketing Agency // king

I was even reading for tomorrow's paper when got the last mail today. I will make sure I don't repeat the mistake of not buying more domain after some sales.

Like Oga iyke said, you can't loose in this biz if you follow the rules and protocols.

To God be the Glory!!!

Pls i bought a domain early last year..i didn't renew it this year and I just got an offer through Dan. Com website. What can I do

16September2020:
I listed my name on Dan, can I still submit it on namepros auction?

Please don't ignore the question

??

meetme01:
Seems Dan's payment or offer page shows the country flag of the seller.

If you purchase domain on netsol. Your contact information will be displayed on who.is

Some buyers even detect the IP of the seller.

In a nutshell, Nigeria's image could be the problem when buyer gets wind of the buyer's location.

jamih:
Ah he has mind o..
I noticed something about the Westerners, they will rather price high and sell maybe in 1+ years ,than sell for 3 fig.
I am now thinking domaining is like "ask and it shall be given"
I've Never made any 4 fig sale.
I will start listing some of my names for 4 fig. Hopefully I sell soon
