Its possible Dan has sent details but he hasnt checked his mail properly or he wants to play a fast one on you.

If he bypasses Dan & pushes the domain to buyer, buyer can demand for a refund.

by then domain is in buyers possesion & nothing anyone can do about that.

Because I have done that number of times without any issues.
If you can advocate for direct transactional interface between buyer and seller, why then did you even go to an Escrow in the first place.
Because most of us don't have PayPal account, and buyers are more comfortable with escrow service

you can only chnage to one registrar namesever, however, you can list on multiple market place. The landing page will be the registrar with the name server you used...still a newbie though, bosses in the house can enlighten you more

Do you know that there is something called Safe Outbounding? Not everybody pushes out hundreds of outbound mails everyday.

You generalized wrongly. It is safe to outbound with the same email you used in registering the name IF you stay within acceptable limits.
