His point is, after appraising, we ain't the ones that will buy the domains ourselves.
If u don't get any enduser willing to pay, it's not like u will fly to US and force them.

Shaa u will understand better when u spend at least 13 months in d biz, by then u must have seen your names expired.

Recently I've been investing on Brandables and SH has been my primary target.
On 31st march 2020 my 2nd name was accepted, and today I have total of 140 premium domains live at SH (89SH owned, 51 mine).
I'm yet to make sale there, however I believe the time will come soon. My oldest set of domains on SH are 8/9months old, i believe the ideal selling time should be in their 2nd year (from SH stat).

*Best is going manual. I've attempted using scrapping just twice and i didn't enjoy it. And by Manual i mean going tru Google map or Bing, visiting each related site and getting their emails
*3-4, then allow few months then do fresh outbounding
*No, I've never attempted outbounding brandable

Sell it at 470)/$ (Luno experience) and when you want to make USD purchases, you will only spend 395/$ (GTB).

The funniest thing is that the domain was for sale for a long time the former owner acquired it for $700 or so and couldn't sell it . an inbound offer of $1,500 came yesterday night and I accepted the guy paid immediately
