It's not 60days yet so u can't transfer. And if it was, u will have to pay for Transfer

A lot of you are in DMs of those you met here, seeking for information about domaining. Nigerians have a sickening attitude that backwardness can hardly hide...

Do not be so unfortunate up the point of indirectly insulting them after you start making money. Making money is bigger than domaining and there is life outside it. If you are talking about ways to make money in huge sums CONSISTENTLY, domaining is not even among the top 100, especially when you consider expenses.

Yes, you can make money from domaining but do not be so unfortunate to think you have arrived and you will start insulting people who spent time to lead you just because you have started seeing small change. People have sold this same information that you find here given to you by benevolent people for thousands of naira and made boat load of money with no results to show for it. At least some people who paid shared their experienced here in some previous pages.

There are hidden ways not even found on google that people have been using to amass wealth and wealth building is all about networking and relationships built over a period of time. If you destroy that relationship because you think life starts and end around domaining, your village people have had a hold of you because the person you disrespected can come across an information that he can pass across to you to make more money but because of burnt bridges, they will pass it on to someone else.

Do not ever feel you have known it all just because they have taught you a few things... life is beyond domaining and lots more.

Guys, someone have already hit the BIN on my domain at Dan since 1 week back, 2 reminders have already been sent to him. I just left it because all of those I've contacted didn't show interest.

Since that guy seems unserious, i did a follow up and someone has shown interest. Do I have to cancel the agreement I've reached with the previous guy before I can sell because I want to sell it at epik with their lander.

And is 71 monthly search volume on a domain good?

He concluded by saying.

I also have a big question for domainers. How much do you reinvest into your domain business if you're into it full time?

I sat down and was doing my calculation. I was investing 30% back into the business while the other 70% for Tithe (10%) and upkeep.

Yesterday, I realized that 30% (if I was able to make less than 4m) will lead to a big loss at the end of the year.

Here is my breakdown:

Starting with 3m

3000000 - 20% domain (600,000) =2,400,000
2,400,000 - 10% Tithe (300000) = 2,100,000
2,100,000 - house rent (300000) =1,800,000
1,800,000 - miscellaneous (300,000) = 1,500,000
1,500,000 - cloth (150,000) = 1,350,000
1,350,000 - general expense at 100k per month (1,200,000) = 150,000


So, I'm still left with 150,000 (just 150,000)

And that 150,000 can still go for other unbudgetted expenses.

What's your say on this?

That is why MAJORITY of domainers worldwide are not into it full-time. It takes a big plan and a lot of sales monthly to become a full time domainer. Or then u have to minimise your expenses.

And for the above breakdown u didn't even include the time one will spend. Your time counts!

And u made this calculation base on say we are in Nigeria, in a much expensive country the story will be different
