Dear Friend, the building in itself is not "The Presence of God"!!!

It is the very congregation of true believers that is the presence of God!!!... The building is what it is: A building!!!

I thought I explained this quite succinctly in my earlier responses??!... Please, go back and read quite carefully.
Yes, you said if true worshippers gather in a particular place, the presence of God is guaranteed.

So what happens when a single believer goes to the comfortable place of worship, does it mean because it's just one person, the presence of God won't be there?

If the place meets their taste, ethics, and standards, yes!
Alright, if the above is met, I assume that such worshippers should feel safe, secured and at home in such buildings, after all it's the presence of God right?

First off, erecting buildings for fellowship and worship is necessary for the human factor of convenience and comfort, but not compulsory or prerequisite for the move of the power of God!!!

Secondly, if the club in question provides a comfortable and conducive environment devoid of distractions, then indeed, God's presence will abound, as long as those gathering there are focused on, and thirsty for Him.

The Spirit/Power of God doesn't come down into a location due to its beauty, size, or opulence. The power from on high is drawn to pure and willing hearts!!!
Alright we are getting there, from your first paragraph, Buildings are necessary for the comfort and convenience of the worshippers, so I assume that worshippers should feel comfortable and convenient in such a place so designated for worship right?

"For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." (Matt. 18:20)

There isn't a specific designation, structure, or building required for a proper fellowship to occur.

Back then, believers met and fellowshipped in houses, tents, caves, under trees, inns, etc...

This doesn't mean they can't erect aesthetically pleasing structures for fellowship, but be clear on this hard truth: it is not the building that makes the church (gathering of God's elect), it's the church that defines the building.
Alright
If I get u right, erecting a specific building for worship is quite unnecessary

And if I decide to gather my friends in a club in the name of God, it's not bad right?

Where do the true believers gather?
