First question, where and when was this? Is it the current Senate? Note that there's procedure to these things. People may have a heated argument or debate and even walk out, etc. This is different from disobeying or defying constituted authority and order. There was no difficulty here, Akpabio clearly gave Akpos a chance to apologize so that here suspension can be lifted or shortened. The Senators want a full 6months without any lifting considerations.

China need America more than America needs them.
