Good news. |
Emotions over logic. You've offended the FG by tearing the passport, not really your husband. Your husband can get another passport in few weeks, it's even faster these days. It'll probably be better for you if you did this foolish act abroad because no one would touch you or your husband for it. Your husband can get a passport renewal from any immigration office abroad. Highest, he'll get a court affidavit for missing or damaged passport attached to his application. |
See as these ones are using people's lives and livelihoods to play ping pong. If you like follow them again. All the lives ,businesses and things lost and destroyed last week now, no accountability. Na nsogbu nsogbu aluta continua madness. Yet this guys will secretly cash out and you will hear how they were paid millions of dollars in 10years time. No be today. |
All these were expected; there's nothing to review. We can't continue living a fake life with unaffordable subsidy on petrol. All these so called gurus asking the president to review the policies ALWAYS somehow forget to tell us WHAT policy and the alternative. They simply drive trailers with their sweet mouths for the itchy ears. |
hotseat:Without wailing, explain how that information will help your life, using a short paragraph. |
Na this your so called fundamental rights be una wahala for this country. Na so you use your fundamental right loot and destroy last week. |
Gboss247:And who said it's not? Do you know how much more you'd be paying if it wasn't? Who's not facing reality between the both of us? Dangote said he'd produce petrol in July, then August (due to the fire incident at the refinery). Nothing wrong asking him to focus. i guess you are hoping that things don't work. |
Oga supply petrol and kep these drama at bay. |
DevilsEqual:Lol at Magi from the East. |
430,000 sounds off. Punchng |
Ohh no. Sad to hear that, Tobi was like our brightest hope of a medal. Gold for that matter. |
chatinent:Another what? Do you read at all? Did he get about 6billion naira or not? |
Where's the lie? Apart from your almost doubled FAAC monthly, FG just reimbursed you with about 6billion naira, and you want to swallow it in this time? This is the man so piffed that LG funds may not come his way again oh. |
thatigboman:She did not initially qualify for the event, which required a motorized bike with the specification to participate. It's like some computer job that asks you to have a specific operating system or RAM size. Like she stated, she got a late call up due to one of the people that actually qualified being dropped. If i'm correct, she's the first Nigerian in this competition (track cycing which is differnt from road cycling) and the ONLY African competing. Give kudos when due, not everything should be about bashing and fault blaming. |
Polishing the Polish, na aboki job this one be. |
Dead on Arrival. |
A simple call or text message could have solved this. They can create a whatsapp group for free. What happemed to synergy? Is the video obsolete because it is from last year? |
E try. Aside from Tobi Amusan and maybe our female weightlifters, don't expect much. The other countries are simply better. We beating other African countries is different from world stage. Except we invest in other competitions where countries like SA and East Africa dominate, maybe we can compete. But to compete with the world, we need to be world-class. Miracles or magic alone are not sustainable for topping the world. |

Really? As a son of a former governor na. But you can move to KD for lower costs. |
5 paid undergraduates, SMH |
Smartcitizen:i see you're an ipob terorist on the platform. You'll be ignored. |
Smartcitizen:What does it matter, what's wrong with being Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo or any tribe? Are you an ipob terrorist? Such things unfortunately only matter to the tribal bigots that support Obi lamba the perennial loser. He's absolutely a curse to Nigeria. Until Obi's denseness, no one suggested or asked me about tribe when i expressed my views on NL for over a decade. Same offline. |
Jughead29:Ahhhhhhhhh |
Smartcitizen:Nothing surprising, find some education or a decent job. Nigeria's peace and prosperity is sacrosanct. You will be thoroughly disappointed AGAIN. |
see premium gaslighting from bodies sponsored by foreign organizations. Have they counted the number arrested in the UK for protests? Have they counted the number of things damaged and looted in the protests? Have they counted the number of innocent people hampered and affected by the attacks and actions of the protesters? Did they remember to mention that any arrest made was not for protest but for violent and inimical behaviour of the said protesters. Are you aware that these people reporting are not reporting for justice but for more funds? Use your God given brains. |
Good news for her. It could have been said as a story of not giving up. She missed the last Olympics, made it to this one and won a silver. |
LP signing transfer don enter voicemail, oh no. |
Imagine if Dangote lost this much in one day here. We'll hear all kinds of nonsense and ratings. See the way he was whining few weeks ago. You won't see these ones whining about US oh. We all know what we're doing indeed. |
Shattuck:China does not justify you but negates your point. China's war did not result in development. Their development started in the 1980s due to economic reforms that have been sustained till date. Their wars that killed millions stopped in 1949. In Nigeria, the next is as corrupt as the previous. The military is corrupt, the old and the young are corrupt, and there is no tribe spared. So why exactly should millions of people die and Nigeria be turned into a war zone for us to achieve change of government? There are scandals and corruption reports in all the camps, so what's the deal? Who are the oppressors and how are you been oppressed? As far as we have seen, every new person in power is accused of the same thing. President Tinubu constitutionally had over 25% votes in more than 24 states in Nigeria, so why do you narrow-mindedly call anyone that elected the president or supports him a particular name? For the umpteenth time, there is a difference between the year 2012 and the year 2024. Organised and peaceful protests were done then with responsible leadership that controlled the protests. From clear indications, such was not and is not available in 2024. We clearly showed you it will not be peaceful, but your likes insisted and blame the government instead of taking responsibility for your blindness and lack of foresight. |
Premium gaslighting. Where is the green? All these people just talk nonsense so confidently. |
Shattuck:You really need solid education, your lack clearly shows in your tribalism and poor knowledge of world history. If Nigeria is not been governed, you would not have a GOVERNOR or any political position in your state. It is another issue if it is been poorly governed, but to say the country is not been governed is mischievous or plain idiocy. Your looting of goods, disruption of the economy, burning of things, and senseless damage of infrastructure are not ways to tear down corruption, tyranny, and unaccountability. Like i said earlier, that is not the way it was done in developed countries. None of them got developed by folly. They were developed by industry during the first and second industrial revolutions. Get educated on that, this is basic Secondary school and 1st year of higher institution knowledge. It is not by repeated propaganda. Almost every country have fought wars (mostly senseless), including Nigeria. It was not the wars that brought development. They were for totally different purposes. China had a civil war fought from 1927 to 1949 because of differences in thinking between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Kuomintang (KMT), or Chinese Nationalist Party). The war was a fight for legitimacy of the government of China. China was effectively divided into three regions—Nationalist China under control of the government, Communist China, and the areas occupied by Japan. Each was essentially pitted against the other two. Ultimately, the Communists won. This was a long, raging political war for supremacy, not for development. China's development that we 'envy' began in the 1980s. It started with their implementation of economic reform in 1978, and from 1979 to 2023, the country's GDP growth rate grew by an average of 8.93% per year in the 45 years since its implementing economic reform. The American Civil War ended slavery and preserved the Union, but it failed to end the sectional bitterness and racial strife that would continue for generations. This was not about development either; as the world knows about the Industrial Revolution, it was global. Unfortunately, your fathers were still running around butt naked then and selling themselves for mirrors. Nigeria also had its own fight for Independence. This is different from the development and economic growth we are talking about. Stop being deceived by this nsogbu nsogbu mentality that has continued to make you a perennial loser. |
