Interesting take you've got there. One thing you can't take away from Mr President is his consistency. It is standard and normal for him to take photos with visitors to his office. In fact, he has photographers and a media team paid to do this. They do it for every person visiting, whether from your village or from the US. It is not a gaffe or mistake, it happens every other working day of the president, even when he was a governor. If that embarrasses you, wait for your preferred candidate to be president, if ever. Maybe he can save money by not taking pictures.
As for your take on the president's health, it is still you who will complain when you don't see his pictures for a week. So take this one take manage your weekend.
