Osun is my state and I will always praise the right actions and condemn the wrong ones and will also welcome every constructive criticism because that's the only pathway to reflection and growth. It's not only Osun indigenes that live in Osun or vote in Osun. We're all suffering from bad government in different parts of Nigeria. If Osun is good, it also affects other parts of the country. So, be prepared to accept questioning and some criticism maybe, especially in a campaign and election season.

Every state in Nigeria has some great natural resources. i was only wondering about the current fixation and hype. It's not been this high in recent times.

There's a lot of noise on this Osun state election. Like wetin dey that place? It's unfortunate that great minds like Adeboye and Kumuyi, and great places like OAU, Ile-Ife are in that state producing the kind of mediocre governors that they've had. i don give up on dem since Aregbe days. i'll like to be pleasantly surprised, though, but i didn't see anything inspiring in both the incumbent and his contenders. A divided opposition that overrates itself. They daydream all day that Tinubu has no votes except rigging. Rigging has become very tedious in Nigeria compared to before during PDP years. Also, it's almost impossible to rig where you are not already popular and winner. For example, Obi can't rig Ondo or Ekiti State, Tinubu cannot rig Abia or Anambra State. Obi's chief rigging mechanism will be a bit checked this time around.
Dem say Tinubu is unpopular, they don't know politics. They forget that Obi isNOT an alternative all over the North and most of the South West. Atiku is not an alternative all over the South South and South East. Tinubu is an alternative in all the 36 states. In other words, he only needs to win on aggregates. He'll get at least 2nd position in every state and 1st in many states. He'd fulfill the constitutional requirements of 2/3rd states.
On the other hand, Atiku and Obi will come distant 3rd in some states.

What that tax guy avoided to talk is the inflation rate from 2023 to 2026 and also the poverty rate increase within that period. Recording a surplus could be due to two things either an increased in trade where exports are greater than imports, or a reduction in imports due to the decreased purchasing power of Nigerians due to inflation. Clearly it is the latter.
