Focusmind:Lol, so he should remain a armchair critic driving a trailer with his mouth. We need technocrats like him in governance. Not just for them to be doing el Dorado analysis on TV. Come in and do the work, feel the heat. |
This is a most unserious opposition in disarray. Are these guys working for Jagaban and taking their followers for a jolly ride? |
i hope that coward will say the many rubbish he says behind Jagaban's back. Or he'll be singing the mandadate poem? |
mrvitalis:i wonder where you pulled up this 30 years figure from, i guess from when Nigeria became 6 geopolitical zones. I could pull up mine from 1960. You conveniently forgot to factor in population, landmass and number of different tribes in each zone. It's like a family getting 1million complaining that the other flat that consists of three families are getting 1.5million. That's hypocrisy, ingratitude, jealousy and being inconsiderate combined. North-West Zone 58 million Hausa and Fulani tribes make up majority. North-East Zone 35 million Kanuri, Hausa, Fulani, Tiv make up majority. North-Central Zone 40 million Tiv, Nupe, Gbagyi, Idoma, Berom, Hausa-Fulani make up majority. South-West Zone 50 million Yoruba make up majority. South-South Zone 40 million Ibibio, Efik, Anang, Ijaw, Urhobo, Isoko, Edo, Itsekiri and others make up the majority. South-East Zone 35 million Igbos the overwhelming majority. Let me remind you of landmass while we conveniently forget economic input. Rank Geopolitical Zone Total Land Area (km²) Percentage of Nigeria Largest State in Zone 1 North-East 272,824 km² ~29.6% Borno (70,898 km²) 2 North-Central 242,376 km² ~26.3% Niger (76,363 km²) 3 North-West 216,065 km² ~23.4% Kaduna (46,053 km²) 4 South-South 84,587 km² ~9.2% Cross River (20,156 km²) 5 South-West 78,416 km² ~8.5% Oyo (28,454 km²) 6 South-East 29,388 km² ~3.2% Enugu (7,161 km²) South East is the only zone without headquarters of any federal agencies or department of national consequencesThis is subjective and not objective. You have federal agencies and departments but your opinion is that they are not of national consequence. By default and common sense the bulk of headquarters are in Abuja (North Central), no one complains about that. North West has the almighty Kano, Kaduna and Sokoto, but i am not sure they have any significant thing that is not in the SE also, except maybe defence which is expected given the number of elites and military rulers from there. North East is probably as dry as it gets in what you seem to consider juicy agencies. In the South West, asides Lagos, i struggle to recollect any enviable agency or headquarters. Naturally, the SS would have a lot of oil and gas and marine agencies. Not much to complain if you look objectively. The real question you should be asking is what you have done with what you have/had. All the Zik and Ironsi rule, all the many Senate presidents and deputy SPs totalling decades, what and how have they benefitted you? The so called small number of governors, reps and senators. Where is their impact? It is not a crime to ask these questions in sincerity. If you are pained about 250 billion less in allocation, have you asked about what was done with over 5 trillion allocation received and considering the small size in square kilometers. It should be visible i think. Not sure the SE is serious about generating revenue BTW. A region happy to sit out its productive Mondays should not really have qualms with revenue talk. South East receives the least federal allocationUnderstandably and reasonably so as shown. It is about 3% of the landmass and the least population. And not to forget what i mentioned earlier. SE gets over 200% of what it contributes, it has the largest and highest ROI. South-south Contributed: N20.29bn Received: N27.76bn (136.85%) South-east Contributed: N13bn Received: N27.13bn (208.69%) South East is the only region without a new rail line projectPort Harcourt-Maiduguri Line (Eastern Line) Eastern Section: Port Harcourt - Aba - Umuahia - Enugu - Makurdi - Lafia - Kafanchan - Kuru - Bauchi - Gombe - Maiduguri i heard Aba to PH was operational last year? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xH9RunERIdc Let's not talk about the insecurity, unwillingness and swampiness of the SE. South East have the lowest representation on federal appointmentThat's called politics, nothing to argue or whine about there. Next time, don't put all your eggs in one basket, but will you learn? Learn from every other tribe and zone, there are life lessons staring at you. Thank God for folks like Umahi building bridges and perhaps the recent defectors. In life, if you don't like me and don't want to be of value to me, i am not obliged to make you eqal with those that love me. That's how it works in life, whether earth, heaven, hell or wherever else you believe in. Or does your God leave his own to go and bless and gift those who reject him? |
mrvitalis:Explain marginalization, stop dodging. |
mrvitalis:Explain the marginalization clearly. i clearly said there's are hundreds of other tribes but only one is always behaving like a victim in a country that they made sure nobody can leave freely. Without Lagos and Rivers, here is what the geo-political zones contributed to the VAT pool and received in November 2025 1. South-west Contributed: N32.63bn Received: N30.77bn (94.29%) 2. North-west Contributed: N31.98bn Received: N46.49bn (145.34%) 3. South-south Contributed: N20.29bn Received: N27.76bn (136.85%) 4. North-east Contributed: N17.35bn Received: N32.40bn (186.77%) 5. North-central Contributed: N16.51bn Received: N32.25bn (195.31%) 6. South-east Contributed: N13bn Received: N27.13bn (208.69%) <FAAC> |
mrvitalis:That's my point right there. They don't cry NEGLECT despite the smaller size. Learn from them, like God said Learn from the ants. Be grateful, some many tribes are TRULY neglected and even forgotten in the big scheme. You have a whole region, senators, governors, etc. |
zeuss:Friend, this list is as spread as it gets. Every region seems covered. Stop this incessant victimhood. There are hundreds of tribes in Nigeria. The main focus should be a reasonable demand for improvement, not sharing national cake. This route hasn't led us to anywhere serious. Let me help you with 50 tribes. Nigeria has over 250 ethnic groups, so this list is not exhaustive. |
A populist with no idea of how to win presidential election in Nigeria. Or simply working for the Jagaban as i sometimes suspect. Obi is coming, SMH |
olatade:Has next to do with Tinubu but more to do with the oil and gas sector cabals he's fighting. Man has never seen anything this strong in his life. |
What sort of banality is this? You've been unable to prove this in any level even up to the Supreme Court, only repeating it on media. Anyway, that's the route for him to win reelection. Senator from Abia South since June 2007. For 20 years, his achievements are "we are marginalized" |
Nigerian Damilola Bamigboye, a criminalof particular concern. Well done oh. Make all convicts dey bear their crimes with full chest. No complaints or defense from anywhere. |
Kukutente23:What a joke |
Kukutente23:Are you okay at all is not a question to ask you. Should the courts change the laws and constitution because your favourite is not in power? What laws and constitution are we operating? |
cr7lomo:What is democracy? Being at loggerheads? |
When e reach your turn, no hide from failure. Allow failures to find you and surround you. |
You need the Supreme Court to tell you this? Do you think the President is your course rep or class captain? |
But all the ruse is unfounded The state is not opposed to the growth of other ports but is concerned about the risk of sudden cargo diversion without parallel investment in nationwide logistics infrastructure. Lagos hosts the densest cluster of manufacturers, importers, exporters, and service providers in West Africa; a significant rerouting of cargo could disrupt production cycles, alter supply chains, and even destabilise revenue streams on which the state depends. |
What did you say about Tinubu for over a decade agent sir? |
About $100,000 shoes? |
Wailers, where are you? Baby cryyyyyy. ChatGPT says hi. Crying has several well-documented psychological, physiological, and social benefits. Presented clearly, these include: |
Wailers can go ahead to cryyyyyyyyyy. It's therapeutic. |
We've got striking lecturers, labour, bandits and known gunmen instead. SIGH. |
Brendaniel:Good. Case closed, you have nothing to say. |
You'll still write this news in hausa on Frontpage o, mod. |
Brendaniel:Lolz, you ran from north to igbo and now to yoruba. You need spiritual help. Again, back to the matter you tried diverting. There are people from the different religions on the two sides of the divide. The US has not come to respond to anyone asking for help, stop lying. |
If you do the crime, do the time please. Dem say VIP lodge dey for our prison dem. Just a couple of nights in a motel/hotel for Chris. If he has good lawyers, our laws are not very strong. He can walk out like he won an election. |

This your red herring fallacy and attempted attack on my person is weak na. When you saw that your hasty generalizations failed, then you resorted to changing goal posts and distractions about ipob. i never generalized or blamed all igbos for a crime of few. Do you even accept they are crime or wrong? 1. No serious person from the South East truly wants to be cut off from Nigeria. This is not a generalization of all igbos. For example, that convicted terrorist is unserious and igbo. 2. Obi's misguided intention and interest is not a generalization. i clearly mentioned a name. 3. Not sure of the context of the 3rd screenshot but i clearly mentioned the elites and elders, not all igbos. Except you assume all igbos are elders and elite. Again, back to the matter you tried diverting. There are people from the different religions on the two sides of the divide. The US has not come to respond to anyone asking for help, stop lying. |
i just said this in another thread. We're not serious. Thank God he's not muslim or opposition, or is he? |
Thank God he's not muslim or opposition, or is he? Who wants a working country when their preferred candidate is out and hopeless about the national cake sharing? If they pick APC, they'll say it's show, if they pick non-APC, they'll say it's persecution by Tinubu, if they pick muslim, they'll say it's systemic fight against islam and the north, if they pick professing christian, they'll say it's islamisation and muslim muslim ticket. Oh, i forgot, some sorry people can say it's unjust fight against igbos. SMH |
The Jagaban, keep giving them back to back. |
Brendaniel:Kindly give one instance or apologize. |
