This, to them is old school. The new trend now is to lure people abroad with job offers and harvest their kidneys for money. I understand each kidney is worth millions of Naira. I am a victim. I returned an item within 48 hours of delivery, on 1st December, 2017 and followed due process, however, Jumia is still treating the issue nonchalantly. The product has AT LEAST FIVE DEFECTS.

My experience has connected me with similar ex-customers who have been forced to keep the wrong items that were delivered to them in spite the efforts they made to return them and get refunded as PROMISED by Jumia.

There is more to this hell Jumia is putting me through.

Stop painting Jumia black. I bought this phone I am using now and many other items from Jumia without issues. I only had an issue with a DVD player I bought from them which had a slight defect. I called them and they sent their agent to retrieve it with apologies and had my full money refunded to me. I used this money to reorder a similar product which is in excellent condition. Jumia remains the best online shop in Nigeria.
