For those that have written workforce exams before please kindly share some useful info with us.

Information like: if they change their questions, how different is the actual exams from what we have been seeing in the study pack and how one could possibly beat time.

I guess this is where the Journey ends for development bank of Nigeria. You don't have to kill yourself. Out of the 6 people rumoured to have interview with the CEO, may be its only 3 or 4 people that eventually will be employed. So, you see, no need to be depressed. If dbn means business and is serious about providing finance to msmes in Nigeria, they would employ more hands. Go to their facebook page, you will see countless complaints on how people cannot even access the loan. They are not serious and are not ready to engineer the diversification of the Nigerian economy. They are basically mediocres and if they will be up to the challenge, should name the people that have benefitted from their loan. I think the management needs to be probed. They should employ more people if they are serious, not wasting people's time over only 3 or 4 slots. It is pathetic. People even took flight to attend this assessment and at the end, only 4 people will be employed. It's crazy.

This is not good at all.... I will suggest you take it down. You didn't make it on this one doesn't mean you should tongue lash the whole project. Infact DBN is the best thing that has happened to Nigeria. If some persons are unable to access the loan it is not the fault of DBN rather the financial institution they choose to get the loan through. It's normal to feel sad when you don't get what you long for especially when it involves travelling a long distance to search for it. But it is also very important not to submit to your emotions at this time as all your judgement will be clouded by it.

Yep, I heard they had an interview with the CEO today.

Maybe others are not chanced to attend the interview.

I once participated in an assessment centre held by HCP for firstbank. The coordination for DBN may not follow the same procedure though. Basically, we had competency based interview, power point presentation (on office 10), essay and group discussion...

Just saw mine now.... this lagos people are wicked! So all the jobs in lagos is not enough for you pipul, you want to come and drag this one with us! If I get accommodation in lagos, I'll get a job within 3 months max! I can't remember how many organisations interviews and assessment centre I had to turn down just coz lagos was too far. There are a lot of jobs in lagos

No fed govt agency pays that high, not for entry level.

There is a reason HCP later his the the name of the bank and started using development fiance institution... I think its a low key stuff...they can bring in people but not for this recruitment...except that person took exam

On top federal govt job, merit can't pass 10% last last. I knew of someone who got employment with them earlier dis month.

This Fed Govt job, eye never too dey am... Na just few people even know abt the org
