Good evening, i would have kept quiet but i will address one or two things you falsely posited in your comment. I'm a proud Igbo and i don't support IPOB and no one has ever tagged me Fulani (pls go through my post and read through).
Secondly, no genuine Igbo will say that IPOB is Abia state affair trying to destroy other South East states more especially Anambra. All genuine Igbos know that Anambra travels more than other Igbo states and IPOB has majority of her members from igbos in the diaspora so Anambra have more IPOB members than Abia state.

Dividing igbos with IPOB is a failed mission and saying that you will only protect Anambra and allow ipob to destroy other South East states shows that you are an imposter. IPOB have always flex muscle with Anambra election because is falls when others are not conducting elections and they have always failed because the spirit in Anambra will not allow IPOB destroy Anambra.

Finally as regards to Christmas, many igbos are in the North East working and they are still working despite the security challenge so using IPOB to scare igbos away from coming home means that the OP don't know what Christmas is to igbos. But the reason many street roads collapse is poor drainage and poor soil stabilisation. The local contractors compact the soil and overlay it with asphalt. Water does not run off completely but sometimes collects. Eventually during the rainy season when the water level rises and then falls during the dry season the soil underneath changes shape and cracks appear and then pot holes. There are also places where the soil has high clay content such as the oji axis and amansea. Clay soil retains water and has poor load bearing capacity. To construct roads in such places requires doing what RCC did at Ore which is excavate the clay and replace it with a stronger sub grade.Soludo govt should do a state wide soil mapping if it has not been done. This will help determine what materials to use to construct roads, drainage system and erosion mitigation. They should also reform the Ministry of Works, partner with external donors, bring in experts, staff it with qualified engineers to construct local roads and drainage systems according to proper engineering specifications.In terms of drainage, they should replace gutters with underground hdpe drainage pipes. Install water, sewage and cable pipes alongside them. Let it be a 30 year project building out a proper city wide integrated underground drainage, water and sewage system for Awka, Nnewi and Onitsha.

Sorry to say Ebonyi projects are being over hyped. Even the airport is being handled by local labourers using bamboo for scaffolding. if you doubt me; name the construction company handling the airport project as we all know that Anambra airport is being handled by Craneburg, Nike flyover Enugu is being constructed by IDC.
Apart from the first 2 flyovers Umahi built in Ebonyi state, others are poorly and locally constructed by local labourers. Go there and see things for yourself... Starting from the beam to the walls of the flyover are carelessly casted with rough surface...
