BENEFIT:
(a) The sponsor is rewarded with one plot for every six plots he sponsors for survey documentation.

Alternative to buying in cash large portion of excised /gazette Land at high price, investors are advised to sponsor virgin Land not committed to government use, reward return in Land benefit on the investment can then be used for the purpose at which the investor wishes to buy his Land or resell at valuable rate.
