colestephan86: Oh, that's great news, when they are going there to see him make sure you go too. Will like to share with you what I feel will happen to him. The Nigerian government will use him as a scapegoat , cos I trust buhari will not negotiate with him. And rest assured there will be nothing UK or the queen will do about it.
Hahahah... I’m laughing because you don’t know, that Nigeria is highly inconsequential in the scheme of things on the international stage.
A nation that doesn’t command respect among African states.
BSsniffer: Tell yourselves the lies.....yes igbos have no reason to insult Igboho because he didn't insult or call for the heads of Igbo leaders like Nnamdi Cownu was calling for the heads of Yoruba leaders, even at that we see the remarks of some of your brothers against Igboho...spare me the bs... it's too early.
Tinubu insulted Igbos calls them Okoro, Oba of Lagos insulted Igbos and said ” if you (Igbos) fail to vote APC be ready to be drown in Lagoon”.
haslaw: It wasn't up to Abba Kyari to trial Evans as he is not a judge. Evans kidnapped mainly southerners who are mostly Igbos. The arrest of Evans helped to protect Igbos more than anything. Hating Abba Kyari for arresting Evans that kidnapped mostly Igbos is not realistic to say the least.
Evans is yet to be convicted by the court.
Surprisingly, saw the way Evans was tried in the media, same way it’s going for Kyari. So... Asking he doesn’t get media trial will be a big joke.
I’m happy Evans has been incarceration, same should be with Kyari, because he has done lots of ills using his Police.
Monogamy: AGF has said they have not received any notification about Kyari's extradition.
What's the interest of Nigeria media gan gan about Kyari's indictment
Is it only Kyari that was indicted in whole 69 pages of evidence released by FBI so far Are there no other people or group of people who might have done a bigger deal with Hush that would be person of interest to FBI..
How can Kyari be aware of the said transaction amount of $500k and still receive mere $20k which was even sent in batches according to the report so far?
Why are the Nigeria media hell bent in recycling old thrash? They should let us know their intentions before misleading people
Education is alien to the North. After reading through all these, you couldn’t pick the fraud in the local police thief, unfortunately other accomplices Has been arrested remaining the foolish police thief.
These men think everyone thinks like them. He's a public servant, let him clear his name, and if any publication(s) has being libelous, he has a right to sue.
If he doesn't clear his name, he will forever be ridiculed, ask Farooq Lawan.
Sufferingboy: Igbos nor dey like truth. Are you guys not ashame at all?
Everyday Ika,Ikwerre and Ndokwa matter no go finnish for una mouth.
How are they pained? Nobody is forcing anybody to any union. But you can’t claim you aren’t part of a people yet speak their language and bear their names.
Techsavvy1: Happy Sunday Nairalanders, I was reading an article today on punch newspaper and I saw this statement or question that caught my attention "can the United States of America Extradite any Top ranging US FBI agent or police to Nigeria for illegal prosecution?"
There has been instances where white American police kill black Americans and the US court in most cases sweeps it under carpet.
Was US suppose to kill the Iranian army general? Why didn't they arrest him and try him in court?
I'm not trying to defend Abba kyari or Nigerian government, in fact Nigeria is the most corrupt country in the world but he who leaves in a glass house should not throw stones.
The America that I know can never in this life extradite its top ranking Officer to "ANY" country of the world for criminal trial. And if any country tries to forcefully extradite any American citizen, The US will declare war.
They can ban Abba Kyari From entering United States but asking Nigeria to hand him off is an insult the same way Nigeria United States will consider it an insult if another country makes such demand on their top officer.
Then its act of weakness if Nigeria should give Abba Kyari away.
Recall that recently Nigeria bought over 6 combatant fighter jets from US. Will this break the relationship between the two countries? Can Nigeria do without United States? Should Nigeria risky becoming enemy of US because of Abba Kyari? Does Abba Kyari worth the Risk?
Watch video of top Lawyer revealing the Implications of Abba Kyari case on Nigeria
Why not come out straight and tell us that fraud isn’t a crime. You don’t sound intelligent. He robbed aided and abetted crime against American citizens and you’re talking rubbish.
RuudVanNisteroy: I know it is a criminal offence, not sure why it didn't go to criminal court. From what I recollect from the case after embezzling the $25k he went back to Nigeria to contest elections and won. So, the accident victim he stole the compensation from reported him to the professional body of lawyers and he was disbarred for a couple of years. To my knowledge the victim likely decided he had a better chance getting his money back through a civil case than a criminal case.
Yeah... But my understanding of the States law, it's criminal offense. Though the offender thought of doing damage to his career by reporting him to the bar, unknowingly to him that Femi has gone back finally to Nigeria.
Remember, that if he steps to the states, and the offender decides to fill a suit against him, if he doesn't settle out of court, he will bag a jail term.
Any employee of a U.S. federal court convicted of embezzling more than $1,000 will face a fine up to $250,000 or double the money embezzled (whichever is greater); up to ten years in prison; or both. Penalties for amounts less than $1,000, penalties include a fine up to $100,000, up to one year in jail, or both.
RuudVanNisteroy: Tinubu went before a judge and was a criminal case resulting in forfeiture, while Gbajamila was not a criminal case, bit a case of went professional misconduct and went before lawyers disciplinary committee who disbarred him for a few years.
Embezzling is a criminal offense in the States. But I'm really enjoying the conversation, that I'm having with you. We aren't fighting to win an argument, but learn from each other, Thanks.
RuudVanNisteroy: Femi Gbajamila was a professional misconduct case for embezzling a client $25,000 he received as compensation for an accident and was disbarred for a few years. While Tinubu had $460k seized from his account for laundering money for a drug cocaine ring some of whom were directors in his company, Compass Finance.
All these offenses are all criminal offenses, against civil. That's my point.
