It wasn't up to Abba Kyari to trial Evans as he is not a judge. Evans kidnapped mainly southerners who are mostly Igbos. The arrest of Evans helped to protect Igbos more than anything. Hating Abba Kyari for arresting Evans that kidnapped mostly Igbos is not realistic to say the least.

Evans is yet to be convicted by the court.

Was US suppose to kill the Iranian army general? Why didn't they arrest him and try him in court?

I'm not trying to defend Abba kyari or Nigerian government, in fact Nigeria is the most corrupt country in the world but he who leaves in a glass house should not throw stones.

The America that I know can never in this life extradite its top ranking Officer to "ANY" country of the world for criminal trial. And if any country tries to forcefully extradite any American citizen, The US will declare war.

They can ban Abba Kyari From entering United States but asking Nigeria to hand him off is an insult the same way Nigeria United States will consider it an insult if another country makes such demand on their top officer.

Then its act of weakness if Nigeria should give Abba Kyari away.

I know it is a criminal offence, not sure why it didn't go to criminal court. From what I recollect from the case after embezzling the $25k he went back to Nigeria to contest elections and won. So, the accident victim he stole the compensation from reported him to the professional body of lawyers and he was disbarred for a couple of years. To my knowledge the victim likely decided he had a better chance getting his money back through a civil case than a criminal case.

Yeah... But my understanding of the States law, it's criminal offense. Though the offender thought of doing damage to his career by reporting him to the bar, unknowingly to him that Femi has gone back finally to Nigeria.

All these offenses are all criminal offenses, against civil. That's my point.
