And every other conditions that will not be biased on the resources and jurisdiction of other religion in the southwest.

To be candid with you, separating jurisdiction among people of mix believes will precipitate terrible disunity. Go and check the state where it is being truthfully practiced in Nigeria and convince us with the good results and development that emanate from Sharia law.

Even the government cannot accept and maintain this suggestion for its events. So, your suggestion is unrealistic.

I agree that hunger is the reason people gathered at the stampede scene. But hunger is not the cause of the stampede. Average Nigerians are inconsiderate and impatient in everything. Just six people on a queue to use an ATM, at least one person will be impatient enough to try to jump the queue. These are people that are at the ATM to withdraw their own money, not hungry people queuing for free food or free money.

Average Nigerians who are students in secondary school or even the adults that are students in universities almost cause a stampede when entering exam halls and when submitting answer scripts. Will you blame this on hunger? Average Nigerians almost cause a stampede when trying to exit a landed flight. Will you blame this on hunger? When a fully-loaded public transport carrying Nigerians in Nigeria stops at a station, passengers are the back rows almost push other passengers while inpatiently trying to alight from the bus. Will you blame this attitude on hunger? Stampede occurs in Nigeria at this rate because average Nigerians are highly uncivil. In places where people are civilised, stampede occurs only when there is a danger maybe a gunshot, people are teargassed or when a building collapses.
