Currently in Abakaliki, savouring the tranquility of the town. At the moment nestled safely in a cool bar opposite San Diego Hotel, Kpirikpiri. Who else is in this amazing city at the moment to share bottles of cold beer (and maybe more) with? |
Disgraceful. |
udeze73:It's a fairly common problem, and mainly a psychological one. Just bear in mind that sex should be fun. It is not a performance test that should put you under undue pressure. Having this relaxed and carefree mindset would kill your anxiety issues for good, allowing your tool to rise to the occasion each and every time. |
Umahi is the best performing governor Nigeria has had since 1999. I mean it. Abakaliki is the most underrated destination in Nigeria. It is in fact, the most liveable city in Nigeria.... In terms of security, peace, tranquility, infrastructure, and other indexes of civilisation. Umahi has transformed Abakaliki to the best city in Nigeria to vacation quietly (and peacefully) or raise a decent family. http://www.impressions.ng/abakaliki-is-the-most-liveable-city-in-nigeria/ |
Moses has got to be the African footballer of the year. Many thanks to Antonio Conte for bringing out the best in him and illuminating him for the world to see and appreciate. We all do need Antonio Contes in our lives. Meanwhile, men, with erectile issues, you'd be amazed at what the combination of garlic and vitamin c can do for you. It's nature's best kept secret. http://www.impressions.ng/amazing-benefits-of-garlic-and-vitamin-c-combination-for-men/ |
You should make it a habit to monitor your blood sugar/glucose levels, to notice and quickly act upon the preliminary symptoms of type 2 diabetes. Meanwhile there is an inexpensive and completely natural solution for diabetes prevention or management.. It works wonders from what I've found. http://www.impressions.ng/ruzu-bitters-is-an-excellent-natural-remedy-for-diabetes/ |
This is one of the best performing governors in Nigeria, since 1999. No wonder Abakaliki is now one of the move liveable cities in Nigeria. http://www.impressions.ng/abakaliki-is-the-most-liveable-city-in-nigeria/ |
aariwa:Yes sure. And you wouldn't even be in a hurry to leave after eating, like you would in the typical hot and rowdy Amala joints. It's a clean, bubbly garden, with lots of things to feed your eyes on (beautiful Abuja people unwinding), while drinking a cold bottle of beer to aid the digestion of the Amala. |
nurshah:Lol. How about you try the one I recommended and I try the one in Wuye, and then we exchange notes? |
If you are in Abuja and you need a decent place to savour a delicious meal of amala and ewedu with gbegiri, then I would suggest you try Stodiez Gardens along Tafawa Balewa Way in Garki 2, Abuja. Although there are some other places you can eat amala in Abuja, Stodiez Garden is my top choice for a couple of reasons. In addition to the great taste of the amala and ewedu itself, I particularly like the very comfortable ‘garden feel’ of the place, which allows you sit and relax while the waiters take your order without stress. After devouring one wrap of amala and two pieces of goat meat, I didn’t feel too much of a hurry to leave the place, so I ordered a bottle of beer to relax a bit, soak in the ambience and observe the beautiful revellers of Abuja hanging out in the cool surroundings of the garden. If you can find somewhere comfortable enough to eat great tasting amala and also drink beer and hang out generally, then that’s clearly a winner for someone like me. One great thing about Stodiez Garden is that it picks up quite early, unlike many Abuja gardens that only come alive at night. Even as early as 12.pm any day of the week, the chairs are already set, and you would find polite waiters on hand to take your order. Besides, the garden lacks the characteristically rowdy setting of typical amala joints, and you do not have to scramble to have your meal served. What’s more, for the quality and comfort, the prices are quite reasonable (by Abuja standards). A fairly large piece of goat meat (ogufe) costs N300, while a large wrap of amala costs N200. If amala is not your thing, there’s also a raft of alternatives on the menu – ranging from fish and chips to all kinds of pepper soups, nkwobi, asun, and... http://www.impressions.ng/favourite-place-to-eat-amala-in-abuja/ |
Abuja it should be, but the increasing crime rate, stunted development, degeneration of infrastructure (streetlights no longer work), and growing chaos has reduced the allure of the city. For now, based on my personal sojourns across Nigeria, my number one pick would be Abakaliki. Quite frankly, there's no where like it in Nigeria. http://www.impressions.ng/abakaliki-is-the-most-liveable-city-in-nigeria/ |

You'd have to visit Abakaliki to see things for yourself. It's an incredible city by any measure. Tranquil, rapidly developing, restrained, peaceful, and quite simply an oasis of blissful serenity in Nigeria's generally chaotic social space. I'd say it's one of the best cities to live in Nigeria, if quality of life and safety is of paramount importance to you. The story of this underrated city has not even started to be told yet. http://www.impressions.ng/abakaliki-is-the-most-liveable-city-in-nigeria |
I had a near death experience recently. After gulping two ice cold pet bottles of Coca-Cola at a hotel bar, I retired to a friend’s hotel room to catch some sleep in preparation for our planned night out. After about 30 minutes or so, I woke up with the first and only bout of psychosis that I have ever experienced in my entire life. It was nothing short of a nervous breakdown – mental confusion, rapid heartbeat, a stiffening of my joints and muscles, and a total systemic shutdown. My first instinct was to blame my village witches and wizards. “They have finally got me” I lamented forlornly to my bewildered friends in the room. I dejectedly called my devoted fiancée to console her in advance for my imminent untimely death, and managed to call my cousin living in the same city in a desperate last-ditch attempt to avoid insanity and death. “Sis, I am losing my mind, I am dying, come and get me”, I pleaded. My cousin eventually showed up and, along with my friends, shepherded me to her house amid my ceaseless maniacal rantings. It was only after a few hours of induced sleep that my condition improved, and by daybreak, I woke up to find my sanity and life intact. What could have happened? Did my village people send the proverbial evil arrow to strip me of my sanity and/or life as we see in Nollywood movies? Or do I have underlying and unresolved health issues that I didn’t know about? It only made sense to assume that there ought to be a medical explanation, failing which I would consider appeasing my village people. So off to the hospital I went. After narrating my experience, and having a few tests run, a serious spike was noticed in my blood pressure – likely caused by the volume of caffeinated Cola I consumed, which set off a series of chemical reactions that culminated in nervous system distortions.... http://www.impressions.ng/coke-and-pepsi-cola-cause-high-blood-pressure/ |
IdeeEsperanza:It also helps deal with PE by increasing your nitric oxide production. But I do know that it significantly shortens 'recovery time between rounds. Note that anything that strengthens the arteries and reduces blood pressure (which this combination does superbly) effectively curtails anxiety, which is a key risk factor for PE. The proof of the pudding, as the saying goes, is in the eating. You'll have to try this inexpensive super remedy to find out for yourself. |
Don't forget to give your impressions about this combination after you try it for three straight days. Make sure to follow the instructions faithfully, and if possible, to use the recommended supplement brands for guaranteed efficacy. |
jom28gy:Read the blog post and see the recommended vitamin c brand that is 1,000 mg per capsule/tablet. |
jom28gy:Vitamin C, regardless of its colour. Just make sure you get one that is concentrated (at least 1,000 mg), preferably one laced with bioflavonoids. Combined with raw garlic or a potent garlic supplement, it will eliminate erectile dysfunction and associated sexual performance problems for good. Nothing works better than this, not even Viagra. What's more? Iif you have high blood pressure high cholesterol, or high blood sugar/glucose (diabetes-prone), this combination is also super effective. Check your blood pressure now, take this combination for just three days, and then check your blood pressure again, you will testify. It's pure magic. I recommended two very potent brands (of garlic and vitamin C respectively) that I found following my extensive research and personal experimentation in the linked blog post.
