Fair enough. Thanks chief. Nice conversing with you. Have a blessed week ahead 🙏🏿
Shantyken:
Well of a truth southern vote can't match that of northern states normally. We too get less corn attitude towards voting in south that is why some LGAs for north no suppose be LGA. Anyways next year is not far
PoliticsRe: Photos Of Obi And Kwankwaso As They Prepare To Join NDC by indigenous234(m): 3:44pm On May 04
You had some point but missed the majority demographic spread of last general elections voters and literacy in Nigeria, Southern Nigeria especially.

Shantyken:
997, 279 for kano then a total of 1496671 in the entire north. Add obi and kwankwaso votes together gives you 7,590,612. Remember kano is no more with him so he may not get to that again and Datti is still in LP which will also reduce obi's vote. Almost all PDP governors decamped to APC this too will also reduce Atiku chance. U see why Tinubu go still get 25% across the states. Another thing is kwankwaso moving to a new party that old women/non educated ones know will also be a problem, this scenario to His Excellency (Sen) Godswill Obot Akpabio wen he decamped from PDP to APC but the village population were already use to his PDP sha
PoliticsRe: Photos Of Obi And Kwankwaso As They Prepare To Join NDC by indigenous234(m): 8:01am On May 04
He had over 1million votes from Kano alone, if my memory serves me correctly.

Shantyken:
How many vote kwankwaso be get in entire north

I don’t have energy for foolish people. You could have made your point without being rude and insulting

The next elecruon will teach you to be wise when you obviously derive joy in being foolish.
PoliticsRe: Photos Of Obi And Kwankwaso As They Prepare To Join NDC by indigenous234(m): 7:58am On May 04
Good point noted… it won’t be easy unseating a President like Tinubu or a party like the APC. That the opposition couldn’t come together to form a common front has made the effort a lot more difficult. Let’s see how it goes though. I expect a Tinubu victory but not solely on the reflection of votes casted.

MichaelSokoto:
Tinubu was not president then...

Now he is president!

PoliticsRe: Photos Of Obi And Kwankwaso As They Prepare To Join NDC by indigenous234(m): 6:11pm On May 03
We’ve heard this arguments before chiefly and it’s mainly from the APC and Pseudo APC PDP supporters. Those whose whole motivation in the ballot revolves around tribal cum religious sentiments. If you want to support the APC or the PDP, do it with your full chest.

What’s stopping Atiku from towing the statesman’s role and forming a formidable alliance with an Obi who’s seen by many as the most sellable candidate?. Why haven’t you seen it that Atiku is the one who’s giving the APC and Tinubu a pathway to power by his grandstanding?.

anonimi:
What did Obi and his obscure communist LP labourers achieve three years ago, apart from helping Tinubu get his own turn to worsen APC extreme poverty shege unleashed on 200 million Nigerians since 2015 huh
PoliticsRe: Photos Of Obi And Kwankwaso As They Prepare To Join NDC by indigenous234(m): 5:52pm On May 03
If Obi could do what he did in 2023 with an underwhelming Datti Baba Ahmed and an obscure Labour Party in such a short time frame, the possibilities of what could happen with a Kwankwaso is left unexplored
PoliticsRe: Now I Know Tinubu's Policies Aren't The Problem - Farooq Kperogi by indigenous234(m): 8:48am On May 03
I’ve also found out that this statement is made mostly by Southerners and derided by Northerners like Faroook Kperogi.

I don’t blame the Southerners who hold such position. They’ve now seen beyond government policies and incompetence all thanks to Buhari and his Buharideens. Such positions has also been reinforced by how Northerners vote every election circle. They’ve vote solely on Tribal and religious sentiments. If they’re complaining about the government their own vote almost solely put on the seat on religious sentiments, they might as well consider other important factors outside tribal sentiments. If they’re basing their votes solely on religious and tribal sentiments they might as well enjoy Tinubu till 2031.
PoliticsRe: Why OAU Declined Venue For Peter Obi’s Lecture — Management by indigenous234(m): 8:36am On Apr 27
Nigerian Universities are becoming partisan and it’s really terrible and troubling. Well, no wonder we’ve always had Profs declare rigged election results only to start protesting that school cert lawmakers are earning 10x than they do.
PoliticsRe: 2027 Elections: Why We Attended ADC National Convention, UK Govt Explains by indigenous234(m): 7:02pm On Apr 19
For show…. Trust the UK at your own peril. They will attend the ADC convention only to relay their findings to the APC and the Tulumbu government.

If you have forgotten, check their game during the Nigerian civil war.

PoliticsRe: Sowore Challenging Military & Police, Leads Protest For Abiola (Throwback Video) by indigenous234(m): 1:28pm On Apr 16
Well, I’m not arguing anything with you and this would be my last response.

There’s nothing good from the NADECO people. They’ve been in power since 2015 and there’s no freedom of speech or expression. They’re worse than Abacha.

Finally, Sowore is a protest merchant and cannot cling to any credibility whether on his person or from the antecedents of the NADECO. So, go and gaslight those you can. Probably the Gen’Zs not me

nairalanda1:
Well, they are all the same to me, the people you support and the NADECO people, so go somewhere else with your argument.

I'm just correcting the false impression that there was freedom of expression and speech under Abacha.
PoliticsRe: Sowore Challenging Military & Police, Leads Protest For Abiola (Throwback Video) by indigenous234(m): 12:13pm On Apr 16
Bro, all these talks no hold water. Sowore is not who you think he is. Dude supported Buhari to power!!!. NADECO people have been in government since 2015, so please spare us these talks about NADECO. Sowore is a blackmailer in chief and a protest merchant

nairalanda1:
I didn't want to log in and talk, but this your comment made me do so

NADECO members suffered under Abacha. Many of them fled abroad, some of them got detained, or roped up in coup things, people like Chief Rewane and Mrs Kudirat Abiola were executed by government agents linked to Abacha, and even those that were not suffering were harrased by government agents.

Also, people like Sowore suffered as you dey see am...he too had to go abroad.

Some of you were not born to see what some of us saw. It's because most of the adults of those days don't comment on nairaland, otherwise dem go tell you stories.

Abacha was a brutal guy. If you were detained by his goons, dem go hold you for underground DSS prision, no go see your lawyer, or your family...and so forth.

Compared to Abacha, tinubu and buhari and all our democratic leaders are nice people. Take MNK...at least people know where he is, he went through normal court case. In 1995, Ken Saro-Wiwa was just dragged before a millitatty tribunal and sentenced to death, and within the hour it was carried out. Just like that. And his crime was agitating for better for his tribe, not even calling for secession, june 12 or overthrow of Abacha.

Make una no dey come here cap nonsense. I no dey like tinubu, but I also no dey like lies.
PoliticsRe: Sowore Challenging Military & Police, Leads Protest For Abiola (Throwback Video) by indigenous234(m): 9:54am On Apr 16
People like you would say let’s give VDM a chance to rule😂. You don’t seem to get it that these guys are protest merchants?. Agents of distraction. Please open your eyes my friend. Tell me, what has Sowore or his other protest merchants protested to a logical conclusion before moving on to a new one?. Add money to fuel, they’ll come out to protest for a day or two to water down the build up of organic protests. Then, they’ll move to a protest about the renaming of a school in LAGOS to yet another one for the release of MNK in Aba. Open your eyes bro. Sowore and his likes are protest merchants

Ever8090:
Left for me, this guy should be given a chance to rule let's see what is inside of him but what do I know, Nigerians will rather go for an old almost rotten politician instead...

PoliticsRe: National Convention: ADC Ratifies Expulsion Of Bala Gombe, Abejide, Others by indigenous234(m): 11:16pm On Apr 14
Even though you’re an APC apologist, a veritable opposition is essential for democracy.

Labour Party in the last election had more votes than its membership records. The APC in the last election had far lesser votes than its membership records. Elections are not won or lost via membership strength.

Burob:
A political party begging for members, is expelling its members?

Truly they are confused, the adc is a political Tower of Babel.
PoliticsRe: National Convention: ADC Ratifies Expulsion Of Bala Gombe, Abejide, Others by indigenous234(m): 10:06pm On Apr 14
INEC knew this was coming that was why they tried to meddle in the affairs of the ADC.

This is a good move. Something the PDP couldn’t do to the Obiokpo 50yrs whiskey drunkard.
