Truly it has become more in the SW in the last few years even in some parts of Lagos like Alaba where SE businessmen were kidnapped for ransom and some of them were unalived even after payment of ransom. It really pains me when I hear about those things. The shocking part is that the kidnappings are usually orchestrated by their own tribesmen. It's not the issue of SW or SE. It's a general issue across the country. This kidnapping for ransom has become a lucrative business for many individuals and it is really chaotic. I know someone who's younger sister was kidnapped in ogidi 2months ago and she was molested while in their custody. Her parents had to bargain and beat down the ransom to 4m naira before the poor girl was released. Soludo is really trying in the aspect of reducing kidnapping and rituals in Anambra but it seems several people are still sabotaging his efforts to make the state better. We need to start speaking with one voice and not attack ourselves. It doesn't make sense. It's a national security issue. Infact ehn I don't understand why a kidnapper would be sentenced to 5yrs in prison. Why not death sentence to discourage others who want to get involved?

Galadima killed the Nigerian league with favoritism. The best teams weren’t allowed to win on the pitch. Boardroom points became a thing. You had some point but missed the majority demographic spread of last general elections voters and literacy in Nigeria, Southern Nigeria especially.

Good point noted… it won’t be easy unseating a President like Tinubu or a party like the APC. That the opposition couldn’t come together to form a common front has made the effort a lot more difficult. Let’s see how it goes though. I expect a Tinubu victory but not solely on the reflection of votes casted.

We’ve heard this arguments before chiefly and it’s mainly from the APC and Pseudo APC PDP supporters. Those whose whole motivation in the ballot revolves around tribal cum religious sentiments. If you want to support the APC or the PDP, do it with your full chest.

What’s stopping Atiku from towing the statesman’s role and forming a formidable alliance with an Obi who’s seen by many as the most sellable candidate?. Why haven’t you seen it that Atiku is the one who’s giving the APC and Tinubu a pathway to power by his grandstanding?.

I’ve also found out that this statement is made mostly by Southerners and derided by Northerners like Faroook Kperogi.

I don’t blame the Southerners who hold such position. They’ve now seen beyond government policies and incompetence all thanks to Buhari and his Buharideens.
