I think you skipped where I said there’s a prevalence of women over 35” It doesn’t mean that it occurs only within that age bracket. Yes, science has improved but our medical facilities still lag behind unfortunately. We did ultrasound in about 3 different diagnostic centres but they didn’t detect it and there’s no medical explanation as to the cause.

She was going o my dear. What was detected in the scan was that the water was bigger/ much than the baby. Nothing else. Unless the doctors didn’t want to tell me.

I would advise against marrying a lady over 30 years old. My reasoning is not primarily about menopause and all that but the risk of birthing a child with Down syndrome increases once the woman crosses 35. It’s something you need to consider though. I married my wife when she was 30 and we have 4 lovely children. Unfortunately, the last child turned out to have the Down syndrome. Upon research and enquiries, it turned out there’s no medical explanation as to why it turned out so but that there’s a prevalence of ladies over 35 birthing children with Down syndrome. Have in mind that my wife gave birth to the last child when she’s 40. So, depending on the number of kids you intend having and the space in having the children, the risk increases as the day passes by. So I advise against marrying a woman over 35 certainly.
