We've heard cases of students collapsing after being flogged extensively and most parents will not even bother to take up a case with a teacher unless they have seen serious harm inflicted on their child. A16 year old child is not a baby that cannot tell the difference between a cane and iron rod but you can go ask for pictures if that's what turns you on. If they don't speak up and he continues one day a student will end up dead.
