seems a hardware issue. U should see a repairer, maybe bad battery contact or power ic issue.

yap, guess u made attept to call a contact from ur phone book who isnt a skype user. Been long i used skype anyways, so dnt knw if their policy has changed to charge both skype and non skype users

i guess u getting this error while installing certain apps, d tin is certain app are made to instal on higher versions of android, for example the floating notifications application wil only instal on android version 4.0.4 and higher, so if u try to instal this kind of apps on versions lower that 4.0.4 u wil get the paraising error.

the extracted folder u downloaded should b placed in ur data folder. Thats d logical step, unless d game isnt made to run on ur phone

clearly a whatsapp issue, never heard of this bug before. U have 2 options here. 1. Google and download whatsapp plus, its an improved version of whatsapp 2. Send a mail to the whatsapp team. Bt am sure solution 1 wil work

Here goes doctor:
1) i reset my phone to factory setting wen it was hanging after the phone is working well. i discovered that anyyime i want to connect to camera the message on the screen is"can't connect to camera" hw can i solve this?
2) d5 internal memory is 164mb. Am using 16gb. i want to download iron man 3 & gta vice city.Each are having 1.2gb with apks of 90mb 2geda. hw can i download successfully becos i was told the intern memo can't contain it but am having a 16gb why? i knw that part will go to appl file of the phone but with 16gb i should be able pls, put me through.
3) what is the best data plan to use? mtn and airtel network is available for my side. thanks waiting patiently.

i see lots of issues with factory reset on tecno phones, solution to number 1 is to boot into recovery and do a data wipe, put ur phone off then press power key+ volume up or power key+volume down to boot into recovery, u hav to hold d keys down til u in recovery, then u cn select d option with data wipe. For numer 2, u need to create an ext2 partition on ur mmc and then instal link2sd to enable u instal all ur apps on d ext2 partition, follow my first post on page 2 to do all that. For number 3, i think airtel 2800 for 3 months gves u 3gb of data, do nt do 2 much downloads and u fine.

u cnt recieve apk files cos of d way old android system handles files. U cn rename d file to .mp3, transfer to ur phone and rename it .apk. This u cn do with good file manager like es file manager. As 4 custom roms i advice u to stick with wat u have, cos if u flash d wrong rom, ur phone is bricked.

best way to copy games is to go to data folder and copy the game folder and paste it in ur own phone data folder, then instal d apk in ur phone and u good to go. As for verification failed, it simply means u using a fake licence. And those games are 2 powerful 4 tecno d5, tecno phones are low budget phones built with inferior processors, watch what u gv this processors.

ok, nw i get u. U hav only one simple option. Boot into recovery and do a data wipe. To boot into recovery, switch ur phone off, then press ur power key and volume up til u ar in recovery then do al d wipe there. If u are unable to enter recovery with power+v up, then try power+v d

hmm, thats an incomplete download or corrupted file. What kind of files is this error associated with? And what ar u downloading with?

htc has since left d g2 behind. So forget about upgrades, u hav to rely on custom roms. As 4 bis of mtn on android, bis should be for blackberry so if it works on some droids i certainly dnt knw how. :-|

u should use d latest version, then open that link i posted on hw to configure link2sd, d link is in my first post on page 2. As for upgrading firmware, u on gingerbread already and thats were samsung left d life of d samsung mini, so there wil b no upgrade 4 u unless u use custom roms.

network issue could be software or hardware related. Since u are rooted try downloading RILJ app, it wil help u select d best radio for ur network signal. If after this and d problem continues, then its a hardware issue

branded phones are nt refublished phones, they are simply phones made by manufacturers for specific carriers like at&t, tmobile, verizon, orange etc. They dnt have same specifications as the unbranded since they are sold at subsidized rate to consumers. For example the unbranded s3 is a quadcore while d branded is dualcore (at&t). So unbranded are at an advantage

thats a critical case. What partition do u have? Ext3 or ext4? And secondly link2sd dosent work on al roms, its rom dependent.

one mans meat is another mans poison. Roms are based on individual choices. In my own opinion stock rooted roms are better. I wil also give good reviews to paranoid and rootbox. Am not a fan of aosp base roms, they heat up ur phone and consume 2 much ba3. So if u ask 4 a rom, i advice any good stock rooted rom. Whats ur phone model?

to boot into recovery on ur samsung mini galaxy, switch ur phone off then press power on and home key together til u in recovery mode.

u wil hav 4.3 when it starts seeding to note 2. If u are on 4.1.2 then no need for kies. As u are already on d latest build. As for ur battery drain, i believe u are using 2 many apps that are leaving u with lots of wake locks. Reduce d amount of apps running on ur background. Put autosync off, put ur display low, reduce ur screen on time, dont use 2 much of 3g, use dark wallpapers and instal greenify and battery doctor. This are tips for good battery life

seems like u restored a bad backup, tecno phones dnt really hav good development team (no offence) u guys hav to b careful with ur phones. U could do a backup which means u have a custom recovery, boot into recovery and do a complete wipe, wipe data, delvik and cache. It should work fine.

lets start this way, are u rooted? For partitioning, it has no effect.

am an ex wildfire user, and i had to root to eliminate d low memory issue. If u ar rooted, jst download link2sd frm d google store. It wil move al ur apps to sdcard. Bt bear in mind that u need an ext3 or ext4 partition in ur sdcard for this to work. Download mini tool partition wizard on ur pc to create d partion on ur sdcard.

blackmart is a very unstable app, it force closes a lot even on high end phones. When blackmart is open, dnt multitask til u done with ur download, dnt let ur phone go to sleep. If this isnt ur issue, then i think blackmart isnt friendly with ur phone. Just download paid apps from apkmania.com

weird issue, have u tried a factory reset? If u havent, plz do. If u hav tried a factory reset and it stil happens, then u wil need to root and instal a custom rom. Rooting htc mytouch 4g also known as htc glacier is a complex routine. U need have gud idea of adb (android debug bridge) and u need to have a lot of patience. If u have both and some good data to do some large downloads, tell me, i wil point u to a link to help u
