I can tell you for free that PDP already know they're bringing out a northerner. They're only just being clever by half. They know that's the best chance against the APC because they don't have any southerner with the kind of clout of Tinubu or Osinbajo.

It was Tinubu that helped buhari to win that election. You don't partner with a political tsunami like Tinubu and lose in Nigeria politics.
