Inasmuch as the offence was committed, it doesn't give a soldier the right to break side mirrors. Soldiers are not to deliberate civil matters. They are to be used in the case of war. Civil matters should be treated accordingly by the police. Seems these people don't know their function in the society.

I don't believe this is what happens in the free bet offer. It entails a prematch bet on a game and a free bet of the same amount inplay. So if I stake 50$ prematch, I am entitled to a free bet of 50$. I don't really need to have upto 100 dollars to partake in the free bet.
