Hello All I hope 2025 is going well for everyone

I am doing a Teachers Appreciation Gift for April 2025. I did the Last one in April & July 2019 (You can check that Thread)

I am doing this as i was in Nigeria Earlier this Year and went to a few schools and saw how teacher are Struggling Financially

I want to bless 40 New Graduate Teachers or Nigerians who are teaching in Nigeria Secondary Schools with 50,000 Naira each

I know it may not be a big amount but i am following the principle that what you make
happen for others God will Make Happen for you - Matthew 7:12

Its Wednesday 2nd April 2025 so i going to respond to the first 5 Male Teachers and first 5 Female Teachers in Four Batches making 40 Teachers.

You must respond by sending the following details below to my email address :

1 - Full Name and Naira-land ID Name (So i will post an abbreviation of your ID name on the thread
when the transfer is made - Check the post i did in July 2019 for confirmation that i paid the funds)

2 - University in Nigeria that you Graduated from (Its must be Federal or State University - No Private University Graduates and dont ask me why, it is obvious)

3 - Telephone Number

4 - Name of School that you teach at.

5 - Bank Details

6 - School Address and Telephone Number so that i can confirm that you are teaching there

7 - I will also pick out 2 Teachers 1 Male and 1 Female and pay for their Masters Degree Course in Nigeria
if they are planing to study further

be sure to use escrow. If the tv is well package it should have no problem. There is a soft flat material they can cut same shape and size with the screen and use to cover the screen.

Hello nairalanders, I'm an old user of this forum just wanna remain anonymous. Please my career is not making me be in a relationship with any lady, all the Ladies I've dated in the past all complain of one thing which is time.

I'm a second year neurosurgical resident here in new Jersey prior to my residency in this program, I was a medical officer whose job Is not more demanding , I had a girlfriend who's always complaining of me not being there for her tho I give her money and always visiting her if I'm on shift even though I got limited time to prepare for a medical board exam to get into residency (USMLE) those know about the exam knows how crazy it was, a three steps examination.

She broke up with me for a guy she always call her friend..the heart break almost cost me my step 2 CK, life goes on. Here am I in neurosurgery, my first day was like hell imagine being in the O.R for 16 hrs straight without seeing the sun because they brought multiple patients who sustained brain injury during a road accident, I nearly cried, to my chief of surgery ..An attending surgeon it's like nothing I almost regretted being there and not going to family medicine or internal medicine.

This has made me so awful that if see me you'll think I'm a mad man...is either I'm in the O.R or I'm sleeping no time for family, Cinema, vacation, the girl Ioved has left me all because of time. I make money i don't have time to spend, money is now useless to me because there is no time to look after myself ..in the next 1hr I'll be in the middle of a surgery. It's just crazy, is this how I'll spend the rest of my life? No woman? It's frustrating .

Last week i collapsed in the middle of a surgery because we just finished removing a tumor In the right part of the brain barely two hours, I was sleeping when I got an urgent call to report to the O.R ... I'm now regretting choosing this program. Can a lady love a guy whose everyday life is like this? I think not.

What do you think I can do please mature minds. I'll be 29 by June.

When you carry out a surgery, thereby saving a life, doesnt that give you a sense of satisfaction? Surgery is a noble profession and if I can turn back the hands of time, I would give an arm and a leg to be in your shoes, even if it means giving up on love (who love epp?).


Your girlfriend left because she wasn't meant to be your better half. Keep doing what you do and I have a strong feeling that things would ease up in no time. Keep trying out for love and best believe that when the right lady shows up, she won't leave you because you are busy. She would understand and have a good coping mechanism.

I feel led to do this. I am a post graduate student and probably the only person praying for ASUU not to call off its strike, reason being that I haven't been able to pay my fees for two sessions and once the strike is called off and I can't foot the fees, I may lose my admission (I am on my third and final year but can't graduate because of this). I know this is not the best time to create a thread such as this one, but I have decided to take this plunge regardless (God rest your soul Hinny).

I have been unemployed for a while now and I know how this great platform has helped quite a number of people get job placements. Trust me, I have tried my best shot at keeping head above water and sailing the course of life using entrepreneurial means, but this economic crunch has made that almost an impossibility, thus the reason why I have decided to dust my résumé and put it to good use.


I have a National Diploma in Computer Science, a first degree and a post graduate degree in Library and Information Technology. I like to think that my skills cut beyond these fields though. Inasmuch as you are not asking me to carry out an open heart surgery and/or build a space machine, then I would thrive in your organization. I am a skilled writer (I like to think so), good with research, data analysis, Microsoft office tools and so on. I do not know it all, however. How can I, when knowledge is dynamic and there is a steady paradigm shift in what we consider new and ground breaking...one thing is certain though and that thing is that I can always learn and unlearn on my own, no thanks to my overly curious mind.

Hello Nairalanders. I need your honest feedback on this issue.


There is this ex of mine I dated for approximately 4 years. During the course of our relationship, I Was totally in my best power not to be the toxic one and never cheated on her but she eventually left with no viable reason. There were times she messed up and I forgave her even while we dated.
Close to the time of her graduation from a reputable state university in Nigeria, she started messing up and eventually broke up the relationship.
I was pained though but I had to forgive her and move on.

After the break up (which is about 3 years away now) we still talk (greetings on phone) once in a blue moon.

Now the issue at hand is, a male boss of mine requested that I recommend a female staff that matches a particular vacant role in our organisation .
Note: This is an internal recruitment and who ever I recommend stand a 95% chance of getting employed ( the other 5% if for village people). The role is an entry role with pay centered around 80k-100k monthly. She currently earns 22k where she works now at at our last conversation. Though she use to be a cool person before her village people entered the relationship. Over three years of not being close as before gives me no clue of the type of person she might have become now. Maybe a scorned woman or a more sensible person. I'm doing far better than when she left me and it's super glaring to her.

The reason why I need advice is this: I work at the same organisation in question and I have no plan to leave soon. I'm trying to avoid a case where she will be the one to facilitate any issue for me at the said work place. Just avoiding anything that will result in regrets.

Update: I forgot to add, she's one of the person I know who suits the role. I don't have sister who matches the role.

Did you come across the thread where a lady lost her job because she advised a friend to stop messing around with the boss? Note that she helped this friend secure the job in the organization.


I think it would be an act of shooting oneself on the leg to recommend her for this job. However, if you are sure that she is a changed person, you can recommend her for the job.

If you are not sure of the aforementioned paragraph, can you please recommend me for the job? Consider this a plea from a desperate job seeker, whose village people have held spell bound for a while, but no mas!
