Drawing inspiration from Revelations 10:12, Father Mbaka proclaimed that Tinubu emerged victorious in the case, and those who previously accused him have been defeated.

In a recorded video, Father Mbaka expressed his perspective on the lawsuit against Tinubu, likening it to a clash between the advocates of God and the proponents of the devil. One side argued that Tinubu had indeed triumphed in the election, while the opposing side claimed he did not due to the failure of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BIAS) on the day of the election. Furthermore, they contended that Tinubu was ineligible to run for office due to his criminal record.

"As it stands, Tinubu's lawyer has won. This was what the Bible said in Revelations 10:12, that the accusers of the brethren who accused them by day and night have been thrown down. Those who used to accuse Tinubu have been thrown down and he will be sworn in on May 29".

According to Father Mbaka, the prevailing situation favored Tinubu's legal representation. He supported his statement by referring to Revelations 10:12, a passage in the Bible that describes the downfall of those who consistently accused the brethren. Father Mbaka proclaimed that those who had accused Tinubu had been defeated, and confidently predicted that Tinubu would be inaugurated on May 29.
