Have u ever imagined getting 10 best NLders in same room for a soul purpose of writting a single book? I'm sure it's going to be a bestselling in Africa. (I guess that's d question u ought to have introduced ur topic with)
'Mr. Inkon', I would love to join d team as i've got crazy stories stuck all over my blood-cells but I reside far away from Lagos.
But I wish u d very best as u hunt for d LXG's.
You might be right bro.....you might just be right. But that would only be your own opinion, idea or anything. And if you can conduct a feasibility study and develop a concept to that effect, I don't see why you won't get good attention. However, I couldn't have changed my topic because it's entirely different from what you suggest here. This is the beauty of brainstorming. People come up with different ideas.

PoliticsRe: Ese Oruru, Emir Sanusi Clears The Air And Tells Us Precisely - Article By FFK by inkon: 5:26am On Mar 02, 2016
obailala:
This story keeps getting confusing by the day. After reading numerous comments on facebook now, I can see a lot of people have turned this matter into a systematic PDP vs APC matter. What has Sanusi got to do with this matter?... FFK seems hell bent on placing this on Sanusi's head even though all other narratives do not really point in that direction. Also, a lot of jonathanians on facebook dont even care if a culprit called Yinusa exists, they seem to have all leaned towards the FFK narrative which puts the blame solely on Sanusi. Which way Nigeria?
I wouldn't say that Sanusi is a paedophile because I've got no proof.

Now let's view this issue from a different prism. Some furtive strangers were spotted and suddenly a teenage girl disappeared. After gales of outcry she was found hidden in the palace of a supposed royal father.

Isn't it logical to think that the said royal father knows something about the abduction? Why his palace?

Secondly, when Arase reneged on his oath of office, why must it take Sanusi's approval to release the teenager if truly he had nothing to protect? And, by the way, who is shielding the abductors?

I think we should call a spade a spade. I have no words for the so-called human right activists because I know, they are only speaking the tone of the pockets. Some were even trying to hype her age just to justify this taboo. That is sickening. It's not a matter of PDP or APC, this is a nakedd truth staring at us.

So let's be mindful of what we say or who we support because there is a God watching us. It's Ese today, it can be anybody tomorrow.

Too much grammar sef!
On ban of importation of some goods, it is a welcome development that has worked in some nation
Check out south Korea, 'if we cannot produce it, then we don't need it'
The path to take off may be bumpy, but we are surely on our way.
Growing the economy isn't it?
We are saying the same thing bro....the difference is in the understanding.

The so-called leaders can't interpret the intricacies of their stringent economic policies so how can they give a clue?

Doing the right thing in a wrong way is banning importation of things when you have not created an enabling environment for local production. South Korea had a different approach.

Nice one. I am with you on this, don't get bothered about the number of folks that came, things will improve gradually.
Thanks bro...
Yeeees! Things will improve, certainly. Did I remember to inform you that this is a journey I've chosen to make? Even if I don't get to the destination, I pray and hope to, but even if I don't, someone must continue from where I stopped.

Many people don't see possibility in this and I don't blame them. I understand their fear. People don't buy books here, especially hard copies. When I hinted on the idea on this forum, it was completely snubbed. I took it offline, a similar thing happened but I still found a handful of those who believe that no matter how tough a palm nut looks it will only take a stone to get it smashed.

Tnx again bro for your encouragement.

People have been taught to spare the witch not to live but your comment there implied otherwise.

Are you saying we should put up with such aberrant dispositions and pamper those who renege on their oath of office?

No way!

PoliticsRe: #FreeEse: Sen. Ben Bruce Blasts IGP For Saying Only Emir Of Kano Can Free Ese.. by inkon: 4:21pm On Feb 29, 2016
3rdlegxxx:
For some twisted reasons, i believe there is more to this than we all know, even tho what the IGP said is wrong, he probably knows what he is talking about, whether we like it or not, we have states in the north still operating sharia laws and that is why things happen differently over there, a court can permit for a persons hands, legs to be cut off for adultery, the accepted marriage age over there in probably 13, the last time i checked our constitution, unless that section had been amended, the minimum age in Nigeria use to be 13, i was arguing with a friend until he showed me, a lot of people don't know this but it is there, there is a lot of crazy things about Nigeria that is unacceptable but the northerners seem to have their cultures and laws and they live by it that is why i am usually scared of ever steeping into the north, their ways are just off for me, i would like to hear from senators in the north airing their views and opinions on this matter, as you can all see, they are all silent, it is we from the south that are making all the noise and agitating for her release, i really don't understand those people over there in the north.
Finally you said nothing.

We had our first meeting yesterday, the 28 day of February, at stopover hotel Ikeja. I had promised to update on this thread as soon as I was back but I came back so tired and besides there wasn't much to say as turnout was very poor. We hoped for 12 people but we had only 5 in attendance. Our second meeting will take place in March, at Unilag, Festac campus. Will keep you posted.

I love the sound of the noise you're making. I'm in Lagos too but, among other things, I don't think I'll suit your ideas cos i'm merely a writer with only one published book. So as some would say ....... 'thou art an amateur'
Hmmm...!
Sounds like you have many things to say bro....

I would have loved to tell you why I've chosen to make this noise and why it can't stop but I think I should just thank you for your choice to like a noise and also implore you to open up if you have something to add to the noise making.

PoliticsAPC: Shape Up Or Ship Out - Inkon by inkon(op):
It’s true that PDP projected a man whose government reeked of corruption. He wouldn’t say boo to a goose and would pay the price of lily-livered dummy.

Again, it’s true that Nigerians failed to ask why many empty theories have gone out of whack before accepting APC’s “change” mantra, obviously because they were in a hurry to hop out of the clasping jaws of PDP. It was so swift that before anyone noticed the arrival of the unknown angel, he had swooshed unto the throne of Aso Rock with no sign of abdication whatsoever.

And what is happening today? A change certainly, perhaps not the long awaited kind of change.

It’s also true that this unknown angel plunged in at the deep end of the economy and is expected to tread prudently to avoid being put to rout.

But, is he?

No! Not with his recrudescent indulgence in all these extravagant junketing while hardship is slowly creeping upon Nigeria. That makes no odds, really!

What doesn’t seem to be true, however, is that president Buhari will oblige Nigerians with the needed economic ingenuity to enhance the living standard of the languishing multitude and save Nigeria from plunging further into the red as he had reeled-off during his campaigns. It’s of elusive rationale that APC’s BOT floated general Buhari on scum of hyped rectitude and nudged him into Aso Rock only for everything that was progressive to be snarled up in no time in lieu of the promised better days.

Was he allowed to participate in the presidential debate, slated to relay each party’s blueprint for economic road map and general national interest, Nigerians, certainly wouldn’t abide the shortcomings of Mr. Integrity. But that was boycotted as orchestrated by some holier-than-thou members of APC, who would go to war if their plans had flopped and are equally the brains behind his least said soonest mended approach to the plight of dear citizens of this country.

What they did not deem necessary was to advise him against his unguided temperament and inflammatory utterances, one of which has goaded a particular group of Nigerians into revolting, citing his statement, that those who gave him 5% of their votes deserved less from his government, as an evidence of his personal repugnance for them.

Indeed, most of his statements outside the shores of Nigeria are completely abhorrent and bereft of wisdom.

His popular aspersions, to say the least, for instance, that his subjects are criminals, said at the full glare of the international community speak volume. In the case of, 5% deserving less, coming from the supposed leader of the people, who would statutorily expect them at his beck and call, boils down to his spotted streaks of nepotism. Again, it is still the lingering effect of the ill-hatched inter-ethnic topology which has, courtesy of the beneficiaries, promoted sheer red in the tooth and claw political games.

Nigerians must not neglect the necessity of constantly reminding president Buhari that it is economic suicide to ban importation of items without viable local alternatives, thus denying greater percentage of Nigerians access to primary needs.

Finally, I will thank APC to stop crying wolf and to stop obtruding upon the concentration of Nigerians with their irrelevant frivolities and unfounded high corruption indices. They were voted in to fix the system and not to get it on the fritz. And if Buhari is the messiah they promised, they better shape up now or kiss-off their chances of re-election come 2019.
