My position here is to remind you that your own mind also has the knack for hatching ideas. The question is, have you realized that ideas come in lumps of disguised packages, and can, sometimes, need a deal of effort to interpret? Yes, they do!

If you have not understood this, then it will be very easy to flick away fresh ideas that just landed at the threshold of your mind.

The beauty of any idea becomes worthwhile from the moment you master them and develop the concept in written form. You can execute or sell such idea(s). You can approach a bank for a loan with the concept etc.

If Anozie knew all these, perhaps he wouldn't be a victim of procrastination and negligence and finally, a servant to his own idea.

I will not ignore the time constraints and other similar factors that have unfairly abated people's choice to write their own concept.

It's not as if boycotting their beef isn't possible. It's very easy if only we want. The big question is, are we ready?

Can we make the little sacrifice required here?

How many of the affected persons are as provoked as you are right now?

Even among the bereaved, how many would accept to snub the beef when next they stumble on it in the market just because the community have chosen to tread that route to curtail the menace of the devil? Don't forget that beef has good price advantage now talk more of then.

And what can one say about the poor conduct of the so-called leaders; haven't you anticipated their possible reaction should people adopt this measure?

Mindful of these, I conclude that boycotting the beef is going to be difficult.

I understand how you feel. It is natural to feel bad when things go wrong. Crime is being nurtured into abomination right before our very eyes and the authorities seem comfortable with that.

I read one post by noblezone, advocating for self defense amongst the affected regions, a couple of days ago and I could tell that these killings have gone beyond raising animals and making money. Something scary is hidden in act.

Like it was stated in the post, there are cattle in Ebonyi, Enugu and Obudu which are not Fulani's. We all just need to shift our attention to those. They'll leave if we stop patronising these tsetse flies.

You see, I'll give my 100% support to anything that can bring an instant cure to all these Fulani bruhaha.

They seem to value cow more than people and I see no reason why such should be condoned.

But boycotting their cow? I don't see that happening in a decade because those you mentioned are quite insignificant compared to the demand. And insisting on that would literally mean asking people to stop eating meat.

It might sound easy to you and me, perhaps because our minds are made up, besides I don't even eat beef. But what about the people out there? Will they easily buy the idea and abstain from meat because that is what it translates into?
