But what is wrong is coming out to say "Please help me. I want to Japa to Canada. I'm trying to raise N10M. I need donations. I will pay back when I get there and settle. I am ready to sign and undertaking stating when and how I will pay back". This would have been more honourable. Those wey go give still go give. Anyways, I'm looking for a job or business that can pay me 500,000 Naira monthly. I need help, ideas or directions. |
Commission 80 bed Commission 500 bed Commission 1Million bed. Where are the health workers to work on patients on these beds? Nigeria needs to sit down and get things straight. Majority of Health workers have left. The few left are preparing to leave in droves. This is misplacement of priority. This is just like building several classrooms with no teachers to teach in those classes. This is my solution to the problem. 1) Recruitment. 2) Retainment 1) RECRUITMENT: - Make University admission into Health/Medical courses very easy. You can not keep putting strong barriers into critical professions and expect more people in those profession. When they enter and they can not bear the heat, nobody will tell them to leave and find where their brain can carry. I know people that finished school in Nigeria and got admission to study Nursing in UK with ease. They graduated and are now working in UK. Nigeria use JAMB, Post JAMB and high cutoff mark to restrict them but UK accepted them, trained them very well and now they are contributing to the Health sector of UK government (NHS). Who is loosing now? - Make all Medical/health degrees free Tution or atleast at a discounted price. From Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, MLS to other health degrees. This would attract more people into the profession. - Start up after degree Health courses . Countries like UK have MSc Nursing Pre-registration. USA has Accelerated BSN and MSc Nursing (Graduate Entry). Australia, Canada have exactly the same accelerated nursing programs. But Nigeria, NEVER!!! In some countries once u have a B.Sc, you automatically have direct entry into Medical School for a shorter period of time. Isn't that juicy. But Nigeria, NEVER!!! Every country battles shortage of Health workers even USA but only the smart Government know how to fill up those shortage spaces. But unfortunately, Nigeria is not on the list of smart Government. They only top the list of GREEDY GOVERNMENT. Now all these I have mentioned will be USELESS if the second solution is not put to use 2) RETAINMENT: You can do all of the above I mentioned in 1 but if u don't know how to retain these workers, your efforts is wasted. First ask urself, how much are these Health workers being paid in USA, UK or Canada or those countries that Health workers are running to? Pay them that same amount here and see if they will still leave. Yes. Nigerian Government have the money to turn this country around for good but greed would not allow them. Yet tomorrow u will see them hiding bags of money in their toilet tanks. Money meant for development. Yet we complain of no qualified staff or shortage. UK will complain of shortage but they know what to do to fill up those shortages. They have created avenues to get Health workers into their country from now till enternity. Why can't Nigeria do same? Instead Politicians will keep embezzelling money meant to invest in the education of Nigerians willing to venture into the medical field. Do they care? But hey, when they are sick...the same UK they prostitute becomes a tourist destination for them. Nigerian Government is the best thing to happen to Nigeria. |
See as the Oga gum on top woman ![]() I'm glad I used the money for my M.Sc to buy data ![]() |
Please can a B.Sc holder in Nigeria apply for an Associate Degree in a Community College in USA? |
If u use NTI, expect ur results/certificate after 2 years. That's just the reality. Just go to NOUN. You will be doing ur NYSC and be studying online anywhere u are in Nigeria. And as u are finishing ur service year, you will be coming out with both ur NYSC Certificate and PGDE Certificate. |

CatchMeIfUCanMO:I'm serious. I'm not playing. B.Sc is enough to get me in. That's how it is done even in advanced countries. Customer Service or HR is not rocket science. It is something that u don't t need to school for. Customer Service na just "hello. My name is bla bla bla....welcome to customer service. How can I help u today. Then u go ahead and solve the customer's problems. Finish". When u are done, then u close with "Thank you for choosing us. Please have a wonderful day". Forget. Our B.Sc should get us the jobs we want in Nigeria. E no easy to go to school. If e easy, everybody for turn graduate. There is someone in USA that works as a Customer Service Representative for a company. The person works from home and is making bank. This person is not even a graduate o. |
Customer Service Representative in a Bank? Salary is 310K monthly? Age is 31yrs That means u got the job when u were 28yrs old B.Sc Economics. How did u get such job? Cos the last time I checked, the age limit for Banks is 26yrs old. Anyways.. I want to work as Customer Service Representative or Human Resource (HR) in any big company in Lagos. So I'm thinking Oil company's such as Shell, Chevron, ExxonMobile or any Oil Servicing Companies. Or better still, PWC, Top Banks or any big company in Lagos. I want a starting salary of N500K-N600K per month with benefits. If they can provide good housing, I don't mind. Do I really need a car? I'm not a car freak but if they do and get me a driver, I won't mind cos I don't know how to drive ![]() Well, I have a B.Sc degree only. That is enough to get in. I don't have any Customer Service or HR certification. When I come in, I go digger am. I need a kind hearted rich man or woman in Nigeria who is connected to someone in Nigeria that can help me to please help me. If you are also a Politician who can help me, I dont mind. It is connection I want please. Dont ask me to send CV. I'm done sending CV's. Thank you. May God bless you. |
