Wow... That's truly the saddest part. His passport details must be linked to his bank account. If we can get someone who works in any naija bank to use his account number to find his bvn and passport number, that would be great

Amdman, please take these suggestions if anything:

- Suggestion based on Case 1: Stop selling Ford cars to people who live outside Lagos. It seems good Ford mechanics are hard to come by in other cities! This issue wouldn't have happened if the lady had been a Lagos resident since there's a lot of Ford mechanics in Lagos.

- Suggestion based on Case 2: I'd rather you focus on common cars that are in naija. Toyota, Benz, Nissan,... Basically European and Asian cars!


Work on giving prompt response to people though!


Lastly, please upload pictures of cars currently available! A friend of mine is highly interested.

Reading through the comments of the hungry and broke mysogynists that are pissed by the fact that a woman has her own voice and refused to be silenced on issues concerning her own money, I simply laugh instead on the reek of insecurities oozing from them. You people asked for evidence of the stuffs I bought, I listed it. You people said I'm lying about the car service, I posted a filter. Telling me it's ordinary battery and stuff is just silly cos clearly you don't understand that changing a Ford Edge battery is not easy and not something you can do at home. Go ahead and browse it. Anyone in onitsha knows that you hardly see Ford mechanics. My only condition with Amdman before buying this car is that "the car should be in good condition" cos I'm not looking for something to fix. If this were a Japanese car, I won't even have any issues cos the mechanics are everywhere. If he had told me the car had issues, I won't have gone for it cos it will not only cost me more to fix it but it will be difficult for me to find a good Ford specialist.

Now, the car won't start and so far, I've only seen one person that knows stuff about the car. How then will I know if he's been truthful or not?! I told Amdman my issues with Ford, still he assured me that I won't work on anything for at least a year except for servicing. Only for him to send the car and it's been one thing or the other and I've not even driven the car for once! To top it off, when I complained to him, he seemed non-chalant about it.

Well, I have written a review on my personal experience, you loyalists can continue saying stuffs about me, I honestly don't care cos you might be in one cubicle typing rubbish and I'm supposed to take offence with your keypad prowess? Lol... Y'all miss me on that bullshit.

You lack courtesy, decorum, and wisdom. Who knows? Maybe one car dealer on Nairaland sent you after amdman to besmirch his name.

Agreed he doesn't reply on time to messages as most people have reported here. He's probably selective on the kind of people he wants to deal with. That's his prerogative!

But labeling someone from whom many people have bought cars from as having no soul shows how uncultured and unrefined you are!


Everything you have said about the 100k is all word of mouth! No picture proof! No proofs of receipts! Nothing! Just word of mouth! You can't even dismiss the fact that the mechanics may have been playing you!

Some women are just foolish! Amdman, if you can, just start selling based on referrals from satisfied customers. It's not about the volume but peace of mind.

Thank you for your concern. So far, you seem to understand my predicament. I worked on the transmission, compressor, bought a new battery, the tire stabilizer keeps hanging out of the car. I patched somewhere under the car that had rust, power steering too had issue. Amongst others cos I paid for them at once so these are the ones I remembered. I bought a new oil, Castro synthetic blend, quite pricey not your regular oil though cos thats what the car uses. Mind you, I already paid 22k to Amdman for his mechanic to add it to the car. But he didn't.

I'm cutting my losses and moving on. I was running away from extra cost by avoiding naija dealers. Never knew I'm entering from frying pan to fire.
And now, after I've spent money working on the car, Amdman is texting me, asking me if I want to collect refund and sell.

I simply laughed. Man got no soul.

All in all. It's well.
