Why would anyone ever consider buying not to talk of residing within 2 miles radius of an oil refinery? Someone from either Texas or Louisiana needs to confirm for me isn't the environmental demarcation for residential around a refinery is 2 miles. Well aware that is stricter in California.

Hello, your observations are correct but if you have opportunity to do physical inspection you will have clearer picture of the whole area.

This Estate is located good distance away from the Refinery and not even on exalt direction.

For instance when you are coming from Ajah axis straight down to Ibeju-Lekki, when you get to Eleko Beach Junction, the Lekki Epe Express way still continue straight down and going to right direction towards Eleko Beach is the side where we have Dangote Refinery. The Estate is located along the straight Express way going towards Epe.

Going towards Dangote Refinery we have lot of Residential Estates like the popular Amen Estate and many others even still good distance away from the Refinery.

Worth nothing is that there are commercial session for business activities within that axis likewise there are Residential sessions where people are residing. Which indicate all Environmental measures has been put in place.

But going for physical inspection and seeing things live and direct will give you clearer understanding of the whole area. I'm at your service.

Real Estate Investment Opportunities In Nigeria.
Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, is considered a hot investment destination for several reasons. It's a rapidly developing area with significant government and private sector investments in infrastructure, such as the Lekki Free Trade Zone, Dangote Refinery, and ongoing road projects. These developments attract businesses, drive economic growth, and enhance property value, making it an attractive prospect for investors. Additionally, the area's proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and potential for tourism further contribute to its investment appeal.

Even though this news will generate so much noise.

For this below reason alone, it's a good idea.

Most of the bank’s headquarters are in Lagos. The CBN usually sends staff from Abuja to work in Lagos for like one to two months and return to the head office.

So, why were you defending him? He didn't deny the allegations....he was trying to say he is a shareholder and not director of the company. A company that is a private entity. Lol. If Edu is sacked, he needs to be sacked too. Dem never start at all, they are already embezzling. Ordinary passport collection automation is why you all are hailing him. The guy has killed his political career. Na his enemies asked him to steal Naija's money?

I guess my questions have twisted your brain in the right direction.

Poverty is your portion if you remain in this present Nigeria. It is a fact I am telling you. It is not by confessing positively alone. Get out of Nigeria if your papa or mama isn't a politician. You don't know you are poor because you have not gone out. I am not insulting you...I am telling you the truth. The day you land abroad, you will weep for Nigeria. Period.

Back to sender, I was responding to you because I thought you're a sane mind.

I'm not against going to abroad or traveling out but I will like to tell you that; we're not all abroad frick.

Bye.

epainos:

I have read your view, but I have some questions for you.

1. If he is found guilty of the corruption that he is accused of (the same reason Beta Edu is presently suspended), are you suggesting that he should be left alone because he is trying to automate the system?

2. Do you think there is no other person who can automate the passport issuing system?

3. If there is a blueprint of how to automate the system, do you think he is still the only person who can do it?

4. If he truly stole the money just like Edu...is he a good person?

Hmmm! Nigeria is finished. Mehn! Because Aregbesola is an as.shole under dullard Buhari...so even if Ojo steals...he is a saint...right? Poverty is bad. Mehn!

To me, if he is found guilty. He should go and that will serve as example to others and make them to sit right.

For you saying poverty is bad, Yes poverty is bad and that's not my own portion but where you see poverty in my comments kept me wondering.
Tunji-Ojo is not the only person who can do the job...though, we all can see his effort. However, he is gone. He is just a thief like all of them. No matter how you want to show you are good, you cannot be good. Tunji-Ojo like most Nigerians are corrupt.

The below comments are signals of helpless people
. I feel for the individuals below cos they don't even know good from bad. The signal is clear that Nigerians are ready to accept suffering for the rest of their lives. They just want their passport and get out of Nigeria.

What do you mean by THESE ARE THE HELPLESS PEOPLE?

May be you have comprehension issues or you should go back and read my comment again.

I said hope this man will not be affected by this scenario I didn't say he should be spare if eventually found guilty.

Also going by what you also said we are all seeing his efforts so far, how did that different from my opinion that; he's one of the best performing Ministers?

And you also said he's not the only person who can do the job, we all agree but for the fact that we are all seeing the results of his efforts within the short period and they're obvious for all to see, that's why people are talking about his contributions so far.

We all witnessed Aregbesola tenure where there was nothing to show for his wasted 8 years

Hope this man will not be affected with this Scenario, one of the best performing Ministers.

Unlike Aregbesola who occupied the same portfolio and just announcing public holidays for good 8 years.
