Politics › World Bank Loan Cancellation Request And Its Implications On Nigeria. by INTEGRITYA1(op):
Cancellation of the 717.7 Million US Dollars World Bank Loan Request and Its Implications on Nigeria

The reported cancellation of the 717.7 million US dollars loan request from the World Bank following calls by some Nigerians for its rejection has generated serious national debate. Many citizens who opposed the loan argued that there is lack of transparency and accountability in the management of public funds by the government. They feared that the loan might not be properly utilized for the purpose it was intended for, thereby increasing Nigeria’s debt burden without meaningful development.

However, the cancellation of such a strategic loan may have significant negative implications for the development of Nigeria, especially in the power sector. Nigeria has continued to face major electricity challenges for decades, ranging from poor power generation to inadequate transmission and distribution infrastructure. If properly managed, the World Bank loan could have contributed immensely to transforming the nation’s power sector through investment in modern facilities, rural electrification projects, renewable energy, and improved transmission networks. Stable electricity supply would enhance industrial growth, encourage foreign investment, improve small businesses, and create employment opportunities for millions of Nigerians.

Although citizens have the constitutional right to demand accountability from their leaders, calling for the outright cancellation of developmental support may not be considered a patriotic approach. Rather than rejecting opportunities for national development, pressure should be placed on the government to ensure proper monitoring, transparency, and effective implementation of such projects. Constructive engagement and civic responsibility are more beneficial than actions capable of discouraging international support and cooperation.

At the global level, such actions may negatively affect Nigeria’s image and credibility among international financial institutions and foreign investors. It could create the impression that Nigerians lack confidence in their own government and institutions, thereby making future partnerships and funding more difficult to secure. International organizations may become reluctant to approve future loans or developmental assistance to Nigeria due to fears of public resistance and political instability.

Therefore, the Nigerian government must take deliberate steps to address corruption, strengthen transparency, and ensure effective utilization of public resources. Establishing strong accountability systems and openly communicating how public funds are spent will help restore citizens’ confidence in government competency. When people trust that resources will be properly managed, there will be greater public support for developmental projects capable of improving the nation’s economy and quality of life.

God bless Nigeria.

Education › Re: 15 Courses In Nigeria Where First Class Is Not Optional by INTEGRITYA1(m): 8:33pm On May 23
I find it neccesary to comment on this topic.

While some courses have job potential than the others.

There is no course that is not okay in this digital age.

Someone even try to talk down on theater art from the comment session, as how ? In this age where you can put some educational skits together and begin to grow your social media handles for monitization.

I dont say our Students should not study hard to get good results, but the street has proven time without numbers that, success in life is not a function of course of study or class of degree alone.

Many people don't even make it to University and they are doing wonderfully well.

How much more someone with educational qualifications.

Individual determination do play an important roles.

To balance the equation.

She should go and start working to be earning at least that 280k

Then give her parents 80k and give her husband 150k

Keep 50k for her own upkeep.

Then the energy have match the energy.

What is an Off-Plan Buy?

An off-plan buy simply means purchasing a property before the project is fully completed — sometimes even before construction starts.

Properties › Benefits Of Offplan When Buying House In Lagos, Nigeria. by INTEGRITYA1(op):
What is an Off-Plan Buy?

An off-plan buy simply means purchasing a property before the project is fully completed — sometimes even before construction starts.

Buyers invest based on the developer’s building plan, layout, design, and proposed delivery timeline.
For example, buying a duplex in Bolanle De Residence while it is still under development is an off-plan purchase.
Advantages of Buying Off-Plan Property

1. Lower Entry Price
Off-plan properties are usually sold at cheaper prices during the early stages of development. As construction progresses, the property value often increases.

2. Higher Return on Investment
Early subscribers can enjoy significant appreciation in value before project completion, making it a smart investment opportunity.

3. Flexible Payment Plans
Most off-plan projects allow installment payments, making it easier for buyers to own premium properties without paying everything upfront.

4. Better Choice of Units
Early buyers usually get the best selection in terms of location, layout, positioning, and other preferences.

5. Modern Infrastructure & Design
Off-plan developments are often built with updated architectural designs, modern facilities, and contemporary finishing.

6. Wealth Preservation
Real estate remains one of the strongest ways to preserve and grow wealth, especially in fast-developing locations.

7. Potential Rental Income
By completion, owners can either live in the property or generate steady income through rent or short-let services.

Reasons Why Prospects Should Subscribe to Bolanle De Residence Now as an Off-Plan Duplex

1. Early Bird Advantage
Subscribing now allows buyers to secure the property at the current introductory price before future increments.

2. Property Appreciation Potential
As development progresses and infrastructure improves, the value of the duplexes is expected to rise significantly.

3. Flexible Payment Opportunity
Off-plan purchase gives subscribers the advantage of spreading payments conveniently over time.

4. Prime Investment Opportunity
A duplex in a developing and strategic environment positions buyers for long-term financial growth and prestige ownership.

5. Limited Units Availability
Early subscription gives prospects access before units become limited or sold out.

6. Future Security for Family & Wealth
Owning a duplex is not just about accommodation; it is a long-term asset that can be transferred across generations.

7. Smart Investors Buy Early
Most profitable real estate investors enter projects at the off-plan stage because that is where the highest growth potential usually exists.

Politics › Re: 2027: Why I Joined The Alliance With Peter Obi - Rabiu Kwankwaso by INTEGRITYA1(m): 10:55pm On May 11
Like you rub my back and i rub your back.

Kwankwaso is targeting 2031 as Presidential Aspirant. He knows that Obi can not win 2027 Presidential Election but chose to vice him.

So by 2031 when their Party will be zoning Presidential ticket to the North, he will be running as President and ride on Obi's popularity in case that will increase his chance of winning.

Truth be told, the chance of either of their permutations and combinations coming true is very slim, very very slim.

What play out in last presidential election will most likely happen again. All things being equal.

Because the major forces like Atiku, Kwankwaso, Obi and co are not having common front due to their individual desperate ambition, they can not remove Tinubu.

Even their common front will hardly win against Tinubu, how much when they all scatter to divide their votes.

I dont say you should not come for me, but i want you to think and don't be emotional.

Please, think.
