Politics › Re: NDC Zones Presidency To South for 2027, North (2031 - ?) (video) by INTEGRITYA1(m):
Like you rub my back and i rub your back.

Kwankwaso is targeting 2031 as Presidential Aspirant. He knows that Obi can not win 2027 Presidential Election but chose to vice him.

So by 2031 when their Party will be zoning Presidential ticket to the North, he will be running as President and ride on Obi's popularity in case that will increase his chance of winning.

Truth be told, the chance of either of their permutations and combinations coming true is very slim, very very slim.

What play out in last presidential election will most likely happen again. All things being equal.

Because the major forces like Atiku, Kwankwaso, Obi and co are not having common front due to their individual desperate ambition, they can not remove Tinubu.

Even their common front will hardly win against Tinubu, how much when they all scatter to divide their votes.

I dont say you should not come for me, but i want you to think and don't be emotional.

Please, think.

There wouldn't have been Buhari or Tinubu or APC if Goodluck Jonathan played the kind of banditry politics that Bola Ahmed Tinubu playing with the Presidential powers he has today.

Tinubu destroyed most if not all viable opposition parties just because he doesn't want Peter Obi to have a formidable political platform to challenge him in 2027.
Strenght of Strategist lies in his ability to take responsibily for his action or inaction and also able to manage the situation and thriving agaisnt all odds.

Not running away at the sight of any issues and keep pointing accusing fingers.

franchasofficia:
Op, the indigenes of Lagos are to be blamed because they refused to join the party for fear of Tinubu and due to their close minded nature whereby they refuse to see good in anything political being led by Southeasterner.

They did it in 2023, many of them refused to join LP saying its a dead party, its an Igbo party, its 1p0b party, etc.

Prior to 2023 election, my uncle who was an Labour Party LGA Chairman kept begging some of the few Lagos indigenes that managed to join LP to please become their ward Chairmen and even polling unit agents, they all rejected saying they dont want wahala from their people, at the end, it was mostly people from Southeast, Southsouth and NorthCentral that agreed to take up those positions in Labor Party then, now who is to be blamed?

Now do you expect the party to go to their homes to force them and give them positions just to satisfy people like you?
Prior to 2023 election, my uncle who was an Labour Party LGA Chairman kept begging some of the few Lagos indigenes that managed to join LP to please become their ward Chairmen and even polling unit agents, they all rejected

If i may ask, now where is the Labour party?

Dont you now see that; they all made good decision for rejecting the offers that will not stand the test of time.

Properties › Ten (10) Advantage Of Using Reliable Realtor When You Are Buying Properties by INTEGRITYA1(op): 1:42pm On Apr 28
Ten (10) advantage of using reliable realtor when you are buying properties in Nigeria, most expecially if you are abroad

Using a reliable realtor when buying property in Nigeria—especially from abroad—is not just helpful, it can save you from costly mistakes.

Here are ten solid advantages:

1. Protection from Fraud
Nigeria’s real estate market has its risks. A trusted realtor helps verify property authenticity, ensuring you don’t fall victim to scams or “omo onile” issues.

2. Proper Documentation Guidance
From Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) to Deed of Assignment, a reliable realtor ensures all documents are genuine and properly processed.

3. Local Market Knowledge
They understand property values, emerging areas, and investment trends, helping you make informed decisions instead of overpaying.

4. Access to Verified Properties
Realtors often have access to listings that are already screened, saving you time and reducing risk.

5. Negotiation Advantage
An experienced realtor can negotiate better deals on your behalf, ensuring you get value for your money.

6. Convenience for Diaspora Buyers
If you’re abroad, a realtor acts as your trusted representative—handling inspections, updates, and transactions without you being physically present.

7. Legal Compliance
They help ensure the transaction follows Nigerian property laws, reducing the risk of future disputes or government issues.

8. Network of Professionals
Reliable realtors work with lawyers, surveyors, and developers, giving you access to a trusted team throughout the process.

9. Time-Saving
Instead of going through countless options, a realtor filters properties based on your budget and preferences.

10. Peace of Mind
Perhaps the most important—knowing a professional is handling your investment gives you confidence, especially when investing from thousands of miles away.

“When the spouses and the side chicks get, the hairdressers too get.

The dress makers get, jewellery shops get, and handbag sellers get. So don’t discount that one at all,” he added,

But even he was saying the obvious, i dont thing such should come out from the President; such statement will likely encourage olosoism

There are so many reasons but one of it is eventuality of showing love like entitlement mentality which make people to refrain.

Another point is when people you are showing love to begin to spread false news about you; that you are using their destiny.

We still have good people in our society that are still showing love, but people are being careful and most rather do it with stranger they dont know them at all.

Nevertheless, people are still showing love.

Properties › Downtown Lagos: Where Smart Investors Are Moving Next In Ibeju-lekki by INTEGRITYA1(op): 12:54am On Apr 14
Downtown Lagos Commercial Hub At Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.

Ibeju-Lekki is rapidly emerging as the new commercial capital of Lagos—a strategic corridor where industrial power, global trade, and urban expansion are converging to create massive investment opportunities.

Why Smart Investors Are Buying Now:

• Mega Projects Driving Demand: Home to the Dangote Refinery, Lekki Deep Sea Port, and Lekki Free Trade Zone—multi-billion dollar developments attracting businesses, jobs, and global investors.

• Future Commercial Nerve Center: Designed as a hub for industry, logistics, and commerce, creating continuous demand for commercial spaces and land appreciation.

• Early Entry Advantage: Prices are still relatively affordable compared to developed Lekki areas—offering high ROI potential as infrastructure matures.

• Explosive Population & Business Growth: Massive job creation and migration into the axis will fuel demand for offices, retail, and mixed-use developments.

• Government-Backed Development: Strong policy support and infrastructure expansion (roads, airport, trade zones) ensure long-term growth and stability.

Bottom Line:
Investing in Ibeju-Lekki today is not just buying land—it’s positioning yourself at the center of Lagos’ next economic powerhouse before prices peak.

Safyqueen:
Stop this double standards. Is Lagos not part of South West? Do you listen to what churches were saying when Fashola was finishing his tenure that provoked Ambode coming on board?

Religion doesn't matter if Christian dominates the political space but it matters when Muslims does.

That's why religion doesn't matter in Benue, plateau states but it matters in Kaduna state.

Religion is considered in Kogi, Kwara, Niger till today as regards governors and their deputies despite the small population of Christians in those states.

Career › Site Labourer To Real Estate Consultant. by INTEGRITYA1(op): 9:10pm On Apr 01
Years ago, after I finished secondary school, I was full of ambition and constantly thinking about how to raise money to buy the JAMB form and begin my journey into higher education.

In my quest to support my education, I started going to construction sites, working with bricklayers—carrying blocks and mixing cement—where I earned ₦600 per day.

Even during my early days at Olabisi Onabanjo University, I would still return to site work to earn extra money to support what I received from my father.

Little did I know that those experiences were preparing me for my future as an Estate Consultant.

Today, during an inspection at one of our estates in the Mowe-Ofada axis, I asked the labourers for a shovel so I could join them in working. They were surprised and wondered if I could handle it. I then shared a brief story of how I once did similar labour to support my dream of getting a higher education. I encouraged them to keep working hard and never give up.
