That's how it should be, good number of our Police Officers should not be with VIPs while we don't even have enough man power yet. |
That's good news. President Tinubu lead Government need to do more in securing this Country. Most of us criticized Jonathan for security problems in Nigeria. Also we painstakingly endured all negligences during Buhari. We actually believe that; Tinubu will do better and we didn't give up on him yet. So President Tinubu need to convince us is up to the tasks by facing all these insecurities squarely and make our environment safe for all and sundry. We can't continue this way where killers will be operation smoothly and walking around freely with dangerous weapons. If Kanu can get sentenced for terrorism, there should be nothing like Bandits walking around freely or treating bandits with glove hand. We need to get serious and know what we are doing in this Country. |
Diamond098454:When I go out with ladies, almost always they do complain of stomach pain, from moderate to severe. Please what can you say about that. In my observation, I should be in that A category, I don't know if mine is big for nothing due to the stomach complaints I've been receiving. |

Standard Chartered Bank, that’s where I started my corporate career after I graduated from School. More than 10 years ago. I worked as Contract Staff; Marketer and operating from Broad Street, Marina, Lagos Island. As at then my target was to open minimum of 6 accounts in a month with 3 million deposit. The minimum amount a Customer can credit his/ her with after opening back then was 250k, if any customer pay in 249k the account will not be counted, it must be 250k upward before it counted. So the Bank is a bank of Class and I’m not surprise with this news . You don’t see crowd in Standard Chartered Bank Branches. The pay was very small for me then, I only earned basic salary because I don’t meet up with monthly targets that could have fetched me some commission and bonus. I resigned just within one year and I later got another job with one Micro Finance Bank where I worked for few years also. The pay at Standard Chartered was very small like I said but the experience was so great, the experience is still working for me till today even as I’m now into real estate. So, Standard Chartered is for the affluent. |

Is like Sowore will just look at where in can put his head to protest. I'm not again him or supporting anybody or taking side but I'm just like saying my opinion in relation to the happening. He will just look at somewhere to protest. It seems he's really catching out big time from all the protests here and there. |

Our findings revealed that several automobile dealers, who were previously granted temporary approval to operate on designated sites, have brazenly exceeded their allocated boundaries. Not only have they encroached upon wetlands, but some have also erected permanent structures directly under power lines. This is a clear violation of their permits and a direct assault on our master plan. This is even like 3 violations in a single case, I created topic on this and I don’t know why moderators refuse to push it to front page. https://www.nairaland.com/8531618/ten-10-reasons-government-may#136995630 |
Waoooo, so painful. Let avoid demolition However, several social media users have speculated that the structure was brought down because it was allegedly built beneath a high-tension power line, a clear violation of safety and urban planning regulations in the state. Ten (10) major reasons Government may demolish a property: 1. No Approved Building Plan – Constructing a property without proper approval from the Government 2. Deviation from Approved Plan – Altering the design or use of the building beyond what was approved. 3. Built on Government-acquired Land – Erecting structures on land reserved for government projects or public use. 4. Encroachment on Right of Way (ROW) – Building too close to highways, canals, rail lines, or drainage setbacks. 5. Sitting on Drainage Channels or Wetlands – Blocking natural water flow or flood plains. 6. Structural Defects/Unsafe Buildings – Substandard or collapsing buildings that pose a danger to occupants and the public. 7. Violation of Zoning Regulations – Using land meant for residential purposes for commercial or industrial activities without due approval. 8. Illegal Acquisition or Forged Documents – Properties acquired or built on land with fraudulent titles or under dispute. 9. Obstruction of Public Infrastructure – Buildings obstructing electricity lines, pipelines, or public facilities. 10. Non-compliance with Urban and Regional Planning Laws – Ignoring official notices, contravention orders, or enforcement warnings from relevant agencies.
