Deed of Gift.

Do you still need a document on land if someone give it to you for Free.

Even if somebody give you Landed Properties for FREE. Do you still need a document on such property?

There is a document you have to collect from whoever is given the land to you.

The name of such document is call Deed of Gift or else, sorry is your name.

The Deed of Gift is recognize by law just like other valid documents on landed properties that you buy and paid for.

Ignorance is not an excuse.......

Because Court don't hear pa or po.

That's what we are shouting against and clamoring for proper channeling of our resources for the betterment of all and sundry.

At this point, we are not saying deregulation is not okay even though the effect in term of price increase is not going to be palatable in the short run, no doubt.

But Government have to channel the resources that suppose to go for subsidy towards meaningful and impactful projects across the Nation for the betterment of all and sundry.

Also, Government should encourage and license more private refineries in order to give room for competition that will eventually crash the price just like in Communication sector and to avoid monopoly from Dangote in the long run.

We are watching with Keen interest.
