The birth, ingenuity & constant progress of Science has really been a blessing to mankind. it really has solved a lot of problems, answers questions to a lot of social/natural events, explanations of the biological eco system, etc. and many other successes we can go on & on testifying to.

Science was a revolution against Religion that was explaining far too much about things happening directly to man or around his environment to the supernatural/spiritual template.
this far right explanation kept people in ignorance, not wanting to ask questions, & simply following the status quo. there was trample on right to free speech, class movement, & the rest permeating across various religions around the world exemplary at defunct Rome under Roman catholic, India, Nigeria, China, middle east etc. & an important thing is that it was an elite few that was able to influence the majority to restrained of other human intelligent capabilities.

what this proves that with man handling an affair that touches the lives of many people they can be compromised & turn that thing to something enslaving.
NB: Faith in the supernatural is not the problem but the Religion (the tradition, method, structure) that surrounds it is the problem to us all.

The carriers/proponents of Science are in our contemporary world trying to explain too much of personal strange issues, natural & social events.
I have discovered that as predicted man being the carrier of Science that they can manipulate & deceive a lot of people with outright stupid explanations & errors about clearly odd/supernatural events happening directly to us or around. and as the Pharisees would bluntly ignore, digress or mock evidences of the supernatural.

Examples; I have seen a post like some others that's was trying to explain people having sex with something physical while they slept trying to outrightly debunk spiritual husbands/wives. (am not talking about subconscious wet dreams caused by built up sexual urge, but a sexual contact between the physical & invisible which people testify of experiencing.

other examples like Darwinism tries to tell you & I that we are animals coming from the line of apes because we almost share the same DNA but they become dumb when it wats discovered that pigs share a greater percentage of DNA with us, maybe I should open my own school of thought & insist we come from the line of pigs.

as for bang theory; I was watching their documentary on Discovery channel with an open mind but it turns although learning & agreeing in some of their explanations which were tested they were trying to fool people with their another of their generalizing analysis saying that during the great big bang there was intense heat/radiation that made the atoms/particles form together to what we have today of our bodies(laughing in Swahili).
so our DNA has in itself intelligence to carry out the system design in our body.

Science today couldn't explain healing miracles that we see, hear & experience happen, the system design make up of man (how come all these parts assembled together ?) it couldn't explain the prophesies in the bible that have happened or happening now (for the outright fools that believe some hired people wrote the bible in order to conquer Africa).
Even at the white house many former presidents & their families have testified seeing ghosts of late presidents, etc.

the fact is that a lot of supernatural things happens around that are even beyond our limited intelligence but Science carriers being staunched on sight as the base on believing will rather make errors in their explanation of strange things or in totality reject it & persecute/those who counter theirs errors just like it happened in Religion thus, deceiving people to disbelief which becomes a religious belief.

The capitalization of the opportunities made possible by the Information Communication Technology are many both in software & hardware. & looking on to the future we can project many multinational companies springing up from this particular area that has change a lot of things in our society especially means by which we adapt & advance.

Here in Nigeria many start up entrepreneurs or already emerging companies are taking advantage of this field & sooner or later we will see them as Giant tech or social network companies.

My sadness really is that the one skilled profession exposed & constantly benefitting from this ICT opportunities which are the Web Developers especially in Nigeria don't seem to be far sighted.

They are lot of them & we see them here in this forum advertising their serives. My grievance is some don't see the need to actually being partners/shareholders to start up companies that in the future has the potential of being highly recognized & important organizations to the society just like Facebook, Google, etc.

there is nothing wrong if a web developer only wants to be hired or contracted by a company(s) and be paid whether through salary or direct billing.

but sometimes I feel the web developers especially in Nigeria should stop to think for a minute & get into his head this following facts.

1) If you are a web developer & you have done jobs for start up companies you could have known that you had the opportunity to have been a shareholder/partner to one or two them if you understood what they were about & aimed for, its future potential & then made a deal with your services in exchange for a share ownership to a lot of them especially those on a tight budget.

2) Applying the financial quadrant a freelance web developer is self employed & is subject to keep working in order to make earns meet & his earning can really be quite big or small in amount but the key factor is that he must work for it.

At the other side of the quadrant there is the investor who just invests, becomes a shareholder & is receiving monthly earnings without working for it. its those that are employed or hired that does many of the work.

3) A web developer in this current era where many businesses are going online could be a shareholder in many of them especially if he/she capitalizes on start ups that are tight in budget. Thus, becoming a billionaire & more in the future.
A self employed can never be a billionaire.

The real question now is are Some Nigerian web developers being investment minded driven ?
