Are they the only ones experiencing injustice or are they the only ones who have experienced injustice??

We southerners should not mock the northerners. As long as Nigeria remains together, insecurity and terrorism in the north remain a Nigeria problem.

This is the early stages. It will get bigger unless southerners unite and take the bull by the horn.

The problem is not leaving the north any time soon.
Think people...decades of nurturing Almajiris, packing babies and underaged children in Islamic schools under a cleric...these grow up without skills, education and misfits. Apart from handouts from northern politicians, these group of people are vulnerable to recruitments from terrorists and bandits...give them millions and they still won’t be able to help themselves develop...What do all think are the fate of these kids who were almajiris about 10 years ago?

People from the south hustle, raise money and some leave the country. How many times have you seen a core Hausa/Fulani person planning to leave the country? Igbos, Yorubas etc travel for education abroad, achieve masters, PhDs, business, trading, shipments, work hard and relocate families from Nigeria to Uk, USA, Canada, Australia etc.

Apart from the ethnic minorities from the north who who though speak Hausa work hard to develop and move families abroad. Fulani-core Hausas remain parasites and depend on handouts from the states and federal govt.

Banditry/kidnappings and terrorism will remain attractive and the only options to the illiterate Fulani and Hausas. These problem isn’t going away from Nigeria for at least 50 years from now. The future isn’t looking good coupled with the influx of Fulani mercenaries from neighbouring African countries.

Anyone laughing at the north is simply being ignorant. Nigeria will get worse. Call me a pessimist. The future isn’t very good. Don’t be deceived by any pastor or marabout telling you otherwise.

Every honest Nigerians irrespective of tribes, religions and political affiliation should be worried about the murderous activities of these killer herdsmen and bandits. The fact that these kidnappers, bandits and killer herdsmen are on rampage and going about their killing sprees and kidnaping our school girls and buys with impunity is a clear signal that something is seriously wrong with our security framework as a nation.

Is our DSS and military intelligence unit functioning? Why have they not been able to fish out the sponsors, and locations of theses bandits and killer herdsmen? It's the political class that ensures that the people remain poor and miserable by implementing messed up policies that affects their lives negatively. Why can't the elected individuals just try to make life better for the people a little bit. Don't they travel to other countries? I just see it as pure wickedness and evil minded. Though most people here are generally wicked too, it's only the wicked ones that elect wicked ones. But even at that, while they are looting, why can't they just give something to the society. To me it's just stupidity that one will be a leader and mess up the society and when he/she is out of office will eventually retire to the same society you messed up. By then the person is exposed to the negative effects associated with a messed up society with less government aids to protect the individual. I see most political praise singers here as hustlers, they all are just doing it for survival and not for the best wish of the citizens. The only way Nigeria can get better is when the leaders implement policies that encourages change in mindset of the people especially the young ones to be patriotic to the country and not a particular individual.

It is very appauling that in Nigeria, we have less thinkers but more abusers, for instance anytime, a political idea or a write up is written, what usually happens is the whole thread will be full of abuses but no intellectual opposition, this shows the type of educational system we have.

I am always impressed when i go to some western political online forum, i am not talking about Twitter or quora, the new ideas and comments and oppositions are something that amazes me.

I am not saying we should be like the west but it is beautiful when people can write about political ideas without the opposition abusing you from morning to night.

From all these ideas, maybe a massive political movement can be created off it, to be sincere, i am always jealous of the western world, most popular movement started from forums like reddit or telegram but here in Nigeria, it is something different, nothing can be created from scared because the urge to abuse, degrade and if possible physically assault those with different opinions is high.

Insecurities such as this in Nigeria will take years to stop. Don't be surprised,the next generation might witness it.

Why?

Because

1) The bandits most likely have sponsors. Both locally and internationally.
Yes,even the darling president and his cabals are suspects.

2) They will never get their fvck up treated.
Is it the Nigerian soldiers that can't even position a sniper properly,that'll take down bandits who take time and years to train?

3) They get paid ransoms.
Giving a kidnapper or most possibly a criminal money in exchange for what he stole will never discourage him from stealing more. He'll always believe there is ransom somewhere awaiting him.

This is getting out of hand.

The government has to make a total clamp down on these criminals called bandits soonest, at all cost. If not, many schools will be closed and students will become dropouts. There was also an attempted abduction at one school in Ogun State some days ago. So this is getting to the southern part of the country gradually.

Nigerian government should be up and doing. All possible measures should be taken, even if it will need bringing in mercenaries.
