The answer is very simple. There is an Eternal Law that states spirits can not function in the physical realm without permission from a physical being.... So by our habits, words and other ritualistic activities we give room to spirits to function here. Now not every evil spirit is a demon o.

FALLEN ANGELS ARE NOT DEMONS


If you think that demons are fallen angels, check out these three Scriptures.
Matthew 25:41 - "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels :" -- Jesus did not say "devil and his demons"!
2 Peter 2:4 - "For God did not [even] spare angels that sinned, BUT CAST THEM INTO HELL, delivering them TO BE KEPT THERE in pits of gloom TILL THE JUDGMENT AND THEIR DOOM."
Jude 1:6 - "And angels who did not keep (care for, guard, and hold to) their own first place of power but abandoned their proper dwelling place - these HE HAS RESERVED IN CUSTODY IN ETERNAL CHAINS (bonds) under thick gloom of utter darkness UNTIL THE JUDGMENT AND DOOM OF THE GREAT DAY."
I have heard it said that these Scriptures were only for "some" of the angels. These Scriptures are very clear to me - all, not some.

Here I’ve listed some things to watch for in dreams that might indicate either an
incubus or succubus attack.
1 Are there recurring sexual fantasies?
2 Is there's sexual symbolism in the dream?
3 If you're a female do you feel a weight on the bed or on your body during your
sleep or dream?
4 If you're a male have you felt the physical sensations of sex?
5 As far as your aware, do these begin with a dream?
6 After the dream, do you wake up feeling shame and fear?
7 Is there both a mixture of enjoyment yet uncleanliness (particularly in the case
of men)?
8 Are you beginning to dread going off to sleep?
9 Have the visits begun to materialise in the room and not just appear in your
dream?
Experiencing some of these point to the strong possibility that you’re the victim of an
attack from a night demon. In my book I explain how to deal with these intrusions.
There is help in the name of the Lord Jesus but it’s also important to understand why
these demons come.

In the case of the succubi attack upon a man, the method of attack is nearly always
through the mind. The demon will implant sexually impure thoughts allowing the mind
of the man to fantasise until he’s unable to resist the images that come.
When a man is under this kind of attack he’s likely to think the experience was just a
dream. Some men, especially young men, think it's just part of their manhood
development. The thoughts of sexually attractive women, combined with an actual
experience of sexual satisfaction, only lead the man deeper into the trap. It's often
only later that he realises this is no longer a dream but an actual physical experience.
Confusion can then grip him and he’s torn between finding the experience satisfying,
and yet fearful at the same time.
It's imperative that we understand these demons principally use dreams as a first
method of attack. So guarding our dream-life is vital.
The average born-again believer shouldn't worry unnecessarily about these attacks
as the demons can only operate if there's a legal ground for them to do so. Living a
righteous life before the Lord is the best protection. But if there's unconfessed sexual
sin, or unsavoury sexual practices, as well as a weak mind with a lack of self

This topic is a very disturbing one, so I encourage you to pray
as you read this section. It deals with visitations of two demon
powers that come in the night season, and who are often linked
to dreaming.
Pastoral evidence shows that many women have experienced
attacks by the incubi demons, although it’s rarely discussed. Many ministers and
pastors refute the possibility of a demon having sex with a human. However,
biblically and pastorally the evidence is there.
The names “incubus” and “succubus” are familiar terms in psychiatry where dreams
of being sexually harassed are identified with these. In fact this isn't really a
psychological problem, or even one to do with nightmares. The incubi and succubi
are demonic forces that sexually visit their victims at night. The incubus is a “male”
demon who attacks and violates woman, and the succubi is a “female” demon who
seduces and attacks men. In some cases it’s be known that the male incubi demon
will visit men for the purpose of sodomy. The succubi also will engage in lesbian
attacks upon women.
I'm writing about this because many Christians believe that these visitations are
nothing more than horrid nightmares. In some cases it seems that the nightmare
(which is from the Latin meaning to “lie upon”) is just that - a bad dream. But
occasionally this is nothing to do with bad dreams, but can be an actual demonic
visitation. The attacks from these spirits may begin by the victim having sexually
arousing dreams, but that's only a vehicle for what comes next. I’ve written a small
booklet on the subject that explains the history and methods of attack by these
demons. It also gives practical advice on how to defeat these demons in the name of
Jesus.
Here I want to confine the discussion to dreams, and how demons will use these.

without your consent. Whether you like it or not,
you are here to live the life you have, prospering
or ruined, full of joys or full of sorrows. You are
here to witness the events in this world at this
moment from your unique point of view. No one
except you have your viewpoint from which to
look at this world.

When life is good, we thank for the chance to be
alive. Life is so meaningful! A good life is a
meaningful life. But when life becomes very
difficult, some people may actually envy the
dead. At least, the dead don’t have to suffer the
brutality of life. “If I just jump off this cliff, it
will be much simpler!” A person whose business
was completely ruined said to himself, after
realizing that he would never recover because his
products accidentally contained too much lead
and he was forever banned from selling any more
of his products, any product. His life as he knew
it as a businessman was ending. The reality
facing him was harsh. The pain he was in was
acute. If you have been through a lot in life, you
know what I am talking about.

THERE ARE NO SUCH THINGS AS "GHOSTS"!

A "GHOST" IS SIMPLY A DEMON THAT USUALLY LOOKS LIKE A HUMAN, OR MAY BE INVISIBLE, BUT ABLE TO MOVE THINGS AROUND OR MAKE NOISES.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET RID OF THESE "GHOSTS", JUST COMMAND THEM TO LEAVE YOUR DWELLING IN THE NAME OF JESUS. Some demons are pretty stubborn, so it may take a while.
A "NICE GHOST" WILL NOT BE NICE FOR LONG.

ANOINT ALL YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS WITH OIL (OLIVE OIL OR ANY KIND OF OIL). NOW GET SOME SLEEP!

Don't forget to be doing some daily self Deliverance

Jesus does not want you to kill yourself.

Thou shalt not murder is the commandment. Jesus would not tell you to commit suicide because then you are breaking the sixth commandment.

If you have ever thought of suicide, you must do Deliverance on this demon. Cast him out, in the name of Jesus.

A suicide demon never leaves on its own. It may lay dormant for years.

"COVERING" NOT REQUIRED



We have heard from three or four DELIVERANCE Ministers who told us they were under the "covering" of such and such Pastor. When asked if they wanted to be placed on our referral list, they said they would have to ask their "covering" Pastor first. That revealed to us the possibility of some fear (of the Pastor) in these DELIVERANCE Ministers, and maybe some control (Charismatic witchcraft, mind control, Jezebel) from the "covering" Pastor. You may be involved in the "shepherding movement" where the people in your congregation are expected to seek your opinion on everything from buying a home or a car, to going fishing. If you feel you just HAVE TO ask your Pastor about everything, try some DELIVERANCE from the above demons and more. When I first got into DELIVERANCE I went to a church that had this control. However, I did not know this PRIOR to DELIVERANCE from the controlling spirits. I was blinded to the facts. In a previous Newsletter we mentioned some statements that are rattled off to us, only to find out there are no scriptures to back it up. We have heard many times that "you must have a covering".

Well, guess what? Can't find any supporting scriptures. Some of you even told us who your covering was. Normally, this "covering" is supposed to be a "church" or someone in charge of a ministry. Some people experience Salvation, Healing, DELIVERANCE, and Baptism in the Holy Spirit, in cars, houses, motels, in the woods, etc. (Outside the "church". If the subjection, submission, and "covering" of a "pastor", "leader", or "church" is required, then why would the above experiences occur without a "pastor", "leader", or "church" present, and not take place always in a "church"?

When JESUS was on the earth He was not in a "church". He went to different places. When the disciples were called, they were not in a "church" as we know of today. Paul was called and he was not in a "church". The "church" as we know today was not around then. Were they out of the will of God?

The Bible says in James 4:7, "submit yourselves therefore to GOD". Hebrews 13:17 says "obey your spiritual leaders and submit to them [continually recognizing their authority over you], for they are constantly keeping watch over your souls and guarding your spiritual welfare, as men who will have to render an account [of their trust]. [Do your part to] let them do this with gladness and not with sighing and groaning, for that would not be profitable to you [either]." This scripture does not say you MUST go out and get a spiritual leader. If you have your own ministry, then you are the spiritual leader, and you submit to GOD. However, if you are not a spiritual leader, and you have a pastor or spiritual leader, by all means submit to them, if YOU want (not if THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO). Note the above scripture says "leaders" and "them". Read this scripture again slowly.
If your "leader" is not walking in DELIVERANCE, do you think he\she can really guard "your spiritual welfare"? Don't put the "pastors", "leaders", or "churches" in a higher position than God.

REAL SALVATION!

YOU MAY NOT BE SAVED!



To receive the help and apply what you are about to read, you must be a "TRUE WORSHIPER" (John 4:23) or "real Christian". First of all, what is a "TRUE WORSHIPER"? A "TRUE WORSHIPER" is a person who follows the teachings of JESUS CHRIST, AND acts like Him. Do you fit the definition? Would JESUS smoke, drink, cuss, sleep around, beat up family members, take drugs, lie, cheat, etc.? Would Jesus say you don't need DELIVERANCE? I don't think so. Don't base "Christianity" on the people you know who CALL THEMSELVES "Christian", but act like the world.



THIS MEANS YOU MAY NOT BE SAVED! If you believe "once Saved, always Saved", also known as "eternally Saved", you believe a lie from the devil. Remember the devil's plan - to kill, steal, and destroy. He wants to get as many as possible to make it to his FUTURE "home".

You ARE eternally saved IF there is no sin in your life the instant you die.

Among others, Revelation 21:8 says "liars" CANNOT go to Heaven. Told any lies?

Among others, I Corinthians 6:9 says "thieves" CANNOT go to Heaven. Stole anything?

A liar is a liar, and a thief is a thief, whether you call yourself a "Christian" or not. What makes you think you are exempt from sin? You're not! Unless you repent, the sin stays.

The whole point is sin CANNOT get into Heaven.

Still don't believe the Scriptures? How about Hebrews 10:26

"For if we go on DELIBERATELY and WILLINGLY SINNING AFTER once acquiring the knowledge of the Truth, there is no longer any sacrifice left to atone for [our] sins [no further offering to which to look forward]."

Hebrews 10:27 - "[There is nothing left for us then] but a kind of awful and fearful prospect and expectation of divine judgment and the fury of burning wrath and indignation which will consume those who put themselves in opposition [to God]."

The clincher is Romans 11:22 saying that, you "Christian", can backslide --"Then note and appreciate the gracious kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God's gracious kindness to you--PROVIDED YOU CONTINUE IN HIS GRACE AND ABIDE IN HIS KINDNESS; otherwise YOU TOO WILL BE CUT OFF (pruned away)."

If you believe once saved, always saved, or eternal salvation, WHO are the above Scriptures talking about? YOU! Not the unsaved, because they are already doomed without Jesus.

JESUS did die for ALL, but you aren't Saved unless you do something. We're not talking about "works", but what you must DO is ask Jesus into your life and forgive you of all your sins. It's not that the SINNER cannot go to Heaven, but that SIN cannot go to Heaven!

If I am wrong, you go to Heaven.
If you are wrong, you go to hell.
Why take the chance when, after "slipping", you need only to say, "Father, in the name of JESUS, I ask you to forgive me for ..."

King David was referred to as a "man after God's own heart". That's because, when confronted with his sin, he confessed and repented of the sin.

AS LONG AS THERE IS NO SIN IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU DIE, you are assured to go to Heaven and not hell. The demons DO NOT leave just because you get saved. If you were totally set free when you got saved, you received a very special Miracle from God. Thank Him for it daily. If you still have your problem, you still have the demons. Every time you slip up, immediately say, "Father, in JESUS' name forgive me for sinning." He will!
THINK YOU ARE HEAVEN BOUND??


I Corinthians 6:9-10 - "Do you not know that the unrighteous and the wrongdoers WILL NOT inherit or have any share in the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived (misled): neither the impure and immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who participate in homosexuality, nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foul-mouthed revilers and slanderers, nor extortioners and robbers will inherit or have any share in the Kingdom of God.

REVELATION 21:8 - But as for the cowards and the ignoble and the contemptible and the cravenly lacking in courage and the cowardly submissive, and as for the unbelieving and faithless, and as for the depraved and defiled with abominations, and as for murderers and the lewd and adulterous and the practicers of magic arts and the idolaters (those who give supreme devotion to anyone or anything other than God) and all LIARS (those who knowingly convey untruth by word or deed)--[all of these shall have] their part in the lake that blazes with fire and brimstone. This is the second death." 1+1 = NO SIN CAN GET TO HEAVEN!!

If you want to insure you are going to Heaven, it is as simple as saying this prayer, but you must be sincere and "...continue in His grace..." (Romans 11:22):
JESUS, COME INTO MY LIFE. FORGIVE ME OF ALL MY SINS. I REPENT LORD. FILL ME WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT. WITH YOUR HELP, I WILL "STOP SINNING" (John 5:14). NOW GET SOME DELIVERANCE.
God INVITES everyone to come to Heaven.
God does not SEND anyone to Heaven.
God does not SEND anyone to Hell.
Each individual chooses Heaven or Hell.
To choose Hell, do nothing.
To choose Heaven, say the above sinners prayer (or similar one).

ASMODEUS and OSMODEUS--MARRIAGE BREAKING DEMONS (DIVORCE)


Asmodeus is a mythical spirit with characteristics such as -- overpowering tendencies to rage, lust, impetuousness, impurity and psychic activities.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN DIVORCED, YOU PROBABLY STILL HAVE ASMODEUS IN YOU. IT MUST BE CAST OUT IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

IT IS NOT THE FLESH AND FLESHLY APPETITES AND NOT A BATTLE WITH FLESH BUT A BATTLE WITH A KING OF DEMONS WHO SITS IN THE HEAVENLY PLACES.

Eerdmans Bible Dictionary states that in rabbinic literature he is called the "king of the demons", and is sometimes equated with Abaddon, Apollyon and Beelzebub. He is known as the "angel of the bottomless pit". And in the last days this spirit will take on the form of locusts and will torture those human beings who do not bear the "SEAL OF GOD".

Abaddon is found in Job 31:12: "For [uncontrolled passion] is a fire which consumes to Abaddon (to destruction, ruin, and the place of final torment): [that fire once lighted would rage until all is consumed] and would burn to the root all my [life's] increase." And in Proverbs 27:20: sheol (the place of the dead) and Abaddon (the place of destruction) are never satisfied; so [the lust of] the eyes of man is never satisfied." In Proverbs 30:16: "Sheol (the place of the dead), the barren womb, the earth that is not satisfied with water, and the fire that says not, It is enough." Also in Habakkuk 2:5: "Moreover, wine and wealth are treacherous; the proud man [the Chaldean invader] is restless and cannot stay at home. His appetite is large like that of Sheol and [his greed] is like death and cannot be satisfied; he gathers to himself all nations and collects all people as if he owned them."

Apollyon and Abaddon are found in Revelation 9:11: "Over them as king they have the angel of the Abyss (of the bottomless pit). In Hebrew his name is Abaddon [destruction], but in Greek he is called Apollyon [destroyer]."

Beelzebub is found in Mark 3:22: "And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, He is possessed by Beelzebub, and By [the help of] the prince of demons He is casting out demons."

Asmodeus is warring against all marriages and is also keeping many from getting married. He is sometimes referred to as "the genius of matrimonial discord and jealousy." Because he has remained a relatively unknown spirit, he has masqueraded in many forms, deceiving scores of people and taking them captive. He says, "If you will serve me, you will never want for anything. I will take care of all your needs and you will never need a husband." It sounded very good, almost like the Lord speaking, but it was a wrong (demonic) spirit.

Satan is trying to prevent marriages from taking place or is trying to break up existing, longstanding relationships.

Because marriage is a sacred institution and is holy before God it has great significance in the spirit realm. The marriage ceremony speaks of a day when the ultimate wedding will take place -- the wedding between God's Son and His Bride. This is the reason satan is doing everything he can to prevent any marriage from taking place.

Researchers have pointed out that Asmodeus has many characteristics -- some that even sound beneficial. On the one hand he is jealous, filled with rage, lustful and given to extreme excesses. On the other, he loves to have a good time, is sympathetic and is very religious. Early church history points him out as the one that desired to possess young women in Christian service, to make them lustful and to destroy them and their work.

In mythical writings Asmodeus is the one who killed the husbands of a young woman named Sara. The first time she was to be married her husband died on their wedding night. Seven times in all she got married and in each case her husband died on their wedding night. The reason was that Asmodeus wanted this woman all to himself.

It has been said that this spirit drove Solomon to all of his excesses. In his last years he missed the mark, allowing himself to open up to wrong spirits. That example alone should

prove that none of us are above falling or missing it, even after years of Christian service or ministry. The Scripture tells us that the "devil goes about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour." It is necessary for us to be on guard at all times against the devil's tactics.

Because Asmodeus is also a lustful spirit he will motivate a marriage partner to be unfaithful, thus bringing in an adulterous spirit. Many marriages have been destroyed because of adultery, extreme jealousy, rage and physical abuse. Remember that men as well as women can be affected by Asmodeus.

No matter how much you pray you can not be set free (unless it comes as a Miracle). You must cast OUT the demons according to Mark 16:17. JESUS came to destroy the works of the devil and DELIVERANCE (casting OUT demons) is the only way to be set free from these marriage breaking spirits.

Because he is a religious spirit, Asmodeus is the same demon that tells people they should get a divorce so they can better serve the Lord. In fact, somebody actually prophesied that to a minister. The word sounded "good" to the man because his wife was not a Christian. Within days, however, she got saved and he realized that a deceiving spirit had been speaking to him.

A lie that Asmodeus tells single people is that they should stay single. The Scripture DOES tell us (Matthew 19:12) that there are those who are definitely called to be single, but it is the exception rather than the rule. Many young people have labored intensely over the issue of whether or not they should get married. I believe it is safe to assume that unless God definitely shows them otherwise (and He will if it is His will) it is His plan for them to be married, provided it is to the right individual.

The ploy of satan has been to destroy every Christian. Satan is being exposed and his ruler demons finally being named so that victory for God's people can be realized!

Prayer for DELIVERANCE: Father, in JESUS' Name, I forgive my spouse for anything he/she has done to hurt me. Amen.

First bind the satanic powers and break soul ties between the spirit and the people.

Greed, Never satisfied, Restlessness, Barren womb, Pride, Destruction, Overpowering tendencies, Locusts, Uncontrolled passion, Lust, Fire which consumes, Destroyer, Burn with passion, Rejection, Adultery, King of evil spirits, Treacherousness, Prince of Demons, Impetuousness, Beelzebub, Impurity, Lord of flies, Psychic activities, Satan, Jealousy, Chief of demons, Religious, Baal the prince, Extreme excesses, Lord of heaven, Spiritual death, Prince of scorpions, Lust of the eyes, Torture, Rage, Abaddon, Matrimonial discord, Asmodeus, Apollyon

This is a list of demons to begin with. As the Lord shows you other demons associated with Asmodeus cast them out in JESUS' Name.

Is the SABBATH Saturday?

Is the SABBATH Sunday?

Based on history prior to Jesus walking the earth, the Jews honored the SABBATH on Saturday.

When the Jews started to be persecuted by the Romans, the Believers started having "church" on Sunday, so the Romans would know that they were not Jews, who met on Saturday.

The catholic church was instrumental in making Sunday the day of "church".

The word SABBATH means REST. There are Scriptures showing that Jesus did not keep the SABBATH, as it was taught by the religious leaders of that day. Remember Jesus healed the sick and also picked corn to eat on the SABBATH.

Wilson's Dictionary of Bible Types by Walter Lewis Wilson says:

"SABBATH - Col. 2:16 (a) The sabbath day is a shadow and a type of the perfect REST which every sinner finds in Christ Jesus when he ceases to work for his own salvation and trusts the Saviour to blot out all his sins, redeem his soul, bring forgiveness, give him eternal life, and make him a child of God. Immediately this friend RESTS in the Lord and begins to keep the true sabbath. This same thought is found also in Heb. 4:9 (margin) where the REST which the Lord gives to the trusting soul is compared to the sabbath of the Old Testament. In those days, Israel came to the seventh day, and then RESTED. In our day, the Lord Jesus says, "Come unto Me, and I will give you REST." He is the true sabbath, and He is our sabbath."

So you see, the SABBATH is Jesus. For the Believer, He is our REST, not Saturday or Sunday, but every day.

Colossians 2:16 - Therefore let no one sit in judgment on you in matters of food and drink, or with regard to a feast day or a New Moon or a SABBATH.

Hebrews 4:9 - So then, there is still awaiting a full and complete SABBATH-rest reserved for the [true] people of God

NO NEED TO GO TO "CHURCH"

AND

STOP GOING TO YOUR "CHURCH"OR MINISTRY

IF THEY ARE NOT DOING DELIVERANCE



The bottom line first, is that there is NO requirement to go to "church", as we know it today. Jesus is suppose to be with you EVERY day, not just on a "church" day.

If your church is NOT doing and teaching Deliverance, especially the leadership, why would you want to take the chance of picking up more demons from a church who does not think Christians can have demons.

You say your church IS doing Deliverance? Did they ever tell you that YOU have demons? Did they ever cast demons out of YOU? Something wrong with this picture.

Most people go to church because their pastor told them to [mind control], who wrongly use the below Scripture.

Hebrews 10:25 "Not forsaking or neglecting to assemble together [as believers], as is the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching."

In responding to those who seem to believe that you must attend a church every Sunday, using the scripture above, we have done some research on the subject "forsaking not the assembling of yourselves together". We have found in looking in The Erdmann's Bible Dictionary the following information.

Assembly or congregation. Greek - ekklesia. Generally a gathering of various types, but more specifically the popular assembly or the Israelite religious community.

Hebrew - eda (usually congregation) refers to the entire community of Israel, particularly that of the wilderness wanderings and occurs most frequently in passages attributed to the Priestly source.

Hebrew - gahal - assembly. Indicates more particularly the gathered community, assembled both for worship and for legislative or judicial purpose, such as the distribution of land and deliberation on internal matters. Deuteronomy 5:22

It is sometimes proposed that Gk. Ekklesia in the New Testament be rendered congregation in order to distinguish between the universal church and local bodies of believers. Although the term sometimes does refer to such local congregations Galatians 1:2, I Thessalonians 1:1, it is also used to indicate the church in general. Ephesians 1:22, Colossians 1:18.

So we see from the historical facts that this scripture did not mean "go to church every Sunday." It was the town or group meeting of people to discuss issues pertaining to their day. Just like we have town meetings. However, all being Believers at that time, they did worship the Lord and sometimes they did give sermons. Today, most people are taught using this scripture, causing them to think that they HAVE to go to a building once a week, and because they exchanged the truth of God for a lie end up worshipping and serving the creature rather than God. Those who practiced fortune telling and divination found that this was the night that they had the most success. They called upon satan to bless their efforts. One form of divination was to put apples in a tub and bob for them. The one who first successfully came up with one without putting them in his teeth was to have good luck throughout the year. They would then peel the apples and throw the peeling over their shoulders and then quickly look around. They expected to see a vision or an apparition of the one they were to marry.

These things happened several centuries before CHRIST. Sacrifices were made to the gods, especially the god of death - Samhain (pronounced Sah win). Sacrifices all the way from vegetable to human were offered. This went on and on, and, in some parts of the world, still goes on today.
8th CENTURY

In the 8th century, the Pope, in an effort to get the people to quit the festival of Sam hain, invented All Saints Day (Nov. 1). This was an attempt to get the people to turn away from the horrible observance of Sam hain. All Saints Day was intended to honor the martyrs of the Roman persecutions. It did not work! It never works to Christianize a pagan holiday. The holy and the profane do not mix.
THE MIDDLE AGES

In the Middle Ages, there was a great revival of satanic practices and witchcraft and magic - like there is today. During this time the belief developed that witches traveled on broomsticks to the black Sabbaths to worship satan on October 31. They were guided by spirits in the form of black cats. The Druids worshiped cats believing them to be reincarnated evil people.
CHURCH INVOLVEMENT

This festival of death has survived all the efforts of the church to stamp it out. The church is joining the opposition by celebrating this festival.
All Saints Day became All Hallows Day. Hallow means holy or sacred. October 31 is the evening before All Hallows Day and came to be called in the western world all hallows ening and then all hallows een. Een is an abbreviation for evening. Finally, the word was reduced to the way we have it today, Halloween. That's where the name came from, and even if it is called all hallows evening, it has nothing to do with Christian faith, and it never did.

MODERN HALLOWEEN

Now let's look at the present day celebration of Halloween. Isn't the whole theme one of darkness, death, fear, threats, destruction and evil? There are witches, broomsticks, bats, owls, ghosts, skeletons, death, and monsters. You dress up your children as demons and witches and ghouls and monsters and werewolves and send them out into the street in the darkness to reenact the Druids' practice of demanding food from people under threat of tricks (or curses) if they don't comply.
You take, not a turnip, but a pumpkin and carve demon faces in it and decorate with it.

You say, "Well, we don't take it seriously." But the devil does and so does God. Particularly this is true when the Church which He purchased with His own precious blood builds houses of horror in its fellowship halls so that the little lambs who have been entrusted to its care can be terrified and opened up to invading spirits of fear and torment and confusion.
