So I just binge watched the third season of GREENLEAF.... Now i can't wait for season 4! This was an explosive season! what an amazing, inspiring and beautiful ending.

Greenleaf is my favorite family drama on television at the moment.. The tension between Grace and lady Mae always breaks my heart. I love Lady Mae however, I never liked how she treated Grace, her past mistakes is not Grace's burden to bare! Maybe now Lady Mae & Grace can start to heal now that the truth is out.

i love how the writers left us with a heart warming feeling, it was sad and beautiful..... the show reminds me of faith, family and forgiveness. TV shows doesn't always have to be about guns, drugs, sex and so much violence.

Used to enjoy Greenleaf, but noticed too much attention was given to the gay guy. So i stopped, felt it was becoming another Empire.

Blackmirror:Bandersnatch is out.

It's an interactive film, viewers can choose how the plot progresses by making decisions for the characters.

I'm still in shock as I type this. Lola was to me a younger sister. Full of life, carefree and lovable. No one, not even the mum, suspected she was depressed. We all were looking forward to a girl who we thought had a great, bright future ahead of her. Alas! she had other plans.

I can say from this point that the mum isn't entirely as bad as she (Lola) made us read. African parents,no doubt, could go overboard in their "parental discipline". We all passed through that phase where we wanted this, but our parents wanted that. This is the case with Lola's issue. But all in all,we'll all 'respect the dead", and wish her RIP.

We will all miss Lola, and I pray the mum is able to handle this.

I can understand her pain cos I can relate to it. Around this time last year I almost committed suicide too. I had my bottle of sniper and was writing suicide note and crying when my friend came in and took the sniper away then alerted my parents. I had wonderful friends who were there for me and that was what helped me. Lots of people are depressed and even when they tell people, they don't even take them serious.

Are there any newish series that would glue you to the screen right till the end? What would you recommend? It doesn't have to be the same genre anyway.

Very rare to find those kind of series, many are good but few are wonderful.

Money heist and Marvelous Mrs Maisel should be manageable.

Waco,American horror story (The first three seasons were wonderful), Narcos, bates motel, black mirror, the haunting of hill house, mind hunter, Forever.

If you're keen on drama, big little lies, Devious maids(Heavy Telemundo vibes, but 10x better), Mistresses

Try anime (Japanese cartoons) they're just as good as TV shows with a strong fan base cutting across all age groups and ethnicity

Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, Hunterxhunter, seven deadly sins, black clover and berserk movie are my favorite.

I just finished YOU Tv series.

I was about to read the book when something prompted me to search if a movie or a show was out already.

I can't describe this in one word.

If you ever wondered what gone girl would look like if it was a TV show then You need to see this, I'm shocked amazed, happy and I'm took weak to type anything meaningful because i just finished binge watching 7 episodes.

Just decided to watch crazy rich Asians, i must say that acting isn't easy, acting rich when you aren't is even worse.

The reason the movie was made was to break down the stereotype of Chinese being sidekicks and rarely stars of blockbusters.

Some scenes were a bit too cheesy, actually most scenes were.

it's all good

The British accent sealed the deal for me

It's a 7.5/10, we have to be merciful on this.

P.s Mrs goh /auntie neenah speaks like a Nigerian

This has not been a great year for comedy movies at all.

Sadly, the years ahead will be the same.

Difficult to see comedies as good as The hangover in terms of ratings.

ASUU has lost my sympathy since. Doctors and professors without any life changing invention. They regularly churn out half baked graduates and money budgeted for researches usually end in their pockets. Nigerian universities need total overhaul. We have to dispense with the current crops of lecturers if we are to make headway as a nation.

This is One of the dumbest things I've read on nairaland. People like you are the exact reason why Nigeria is backward.

Op addressed the issue but those against Christmas haven't been able to point out strong biblical verses as op did. Just like many still disputing on the intake of alcoholic drink is same as those condemning Christmas. They are so hypocritical in celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and even new year. When you hit them on this they tend to dodge from answering it instead they focus on Christmas and Easter. How foolish they because they still observe pagan days and make use of pagan properties. The Lord Jesus himself isn't complaining about people celebrating his birth then I wonder why many persons dey para .
