1) My fuel cap light doesn't turn ON even when the fuel cap is removed.

2) when driving with the AC ON, after like 30mins, they car won't accelerate even when the gas pedal is pressed down completely. But with AC OFF, the car flies!
(FYI, it's a tork engine; 2012 mazda 3)

Use a functional one as a reference to test the suspected one. That's if you can't fine the product information online.

It pointed me to the front right wheel speed sensor and I replaced it. I could not find the complete length so I bought the cut and join, still same.
How does one even test a speed sensor without connection to the car?

You can test its resistance with a multimeter.
You can also test the continuity and voltage of its wires.

No tuning has been done.

I have checked but there is no burnt fuse.
I will scan the car and come back to you.

As my oga above has rightly said, the first complaint could be as a result of a damaged fuse. I could have suggested that the fuel inlet seal be checked for possible damage/damages, but I believe a worn fuel inlet seal should only trigger the light to come on even when closed, so the fuse is the most likely culprit.

About the second complaint, I think the first thing you need to do is diagnose the vehicle. But look into all the likely reasons the technician above listed first. There's a very high chance your answer is in one or two of them.

I'll also love to know if any performance tunning was done on the vehicle recently, and what the repair/tunning was about.

The two lights are for the same problem. I had same on my mazda 3. I scanned and got faulty ABS sensor. I ordered for the sensor, changed it ( by myself)but error remains I troubleshot further and discovered the ABS wire was broken at the connector. I got that fixed and both light disappeared. I eventually didn't use the sensor I ordered

I would have helped you to fix yours if you were around.

Problem: I have not seen this ATF to buy!!!

I have changed mine.

My old engine was still manageable and that gave me time to do my research well.

It was not a common engine.

I knew the exact engine and specs i was looking for, I contacted some people online to send pics and prices.

I went to Ladipo like 3 times to look for the engine and priced it.

I connected to one of the online sellers at Ladipo. He was very honest! I mean, very honest!! His price was the best, he suggested a mechanic to handle the job and I accepted his mechanic. I took pics of the engine and left to return with my car at the appointed date.

Came with my car, the engine was brought and fixed my the mechanic boys. They did a good job but tried their best to hide (keep for themselves) some parts from the new engine with the intention of replacing them with those from the old engine. I didn't blink my eyes although the process!

All was done, I am enjoying my ride!

Lesson: don't trust anyone when it comes to jobs like this.
Make appropriate findings first and never be in a haste to buy.
Never trust the mechanic too much not to watch what he's doing very carefully!

Mazda is a nice and durable brand.

Indeed not all Japanese mechanics can handle it, especially recent models like the skyactiv, Turbocharged...

There are lot of resources online to help you guide your "teachable" mechanics on what to do.

I advise, always scan any problem first, research about it before fixing. Else, you'll spend your money to damage your car the more.
