Are you with the herdsmen that you know more than the media?
Everywhere had been bedeviled by insecurity but SW has been the least hit.
Read that report and you will see allegedly,allegedly...used by the SBM which is an entity operated by 3 Igbomen.
You all know what Igbos want for Yorubas.
Only God knows why.
To say that insecurity in the SW is much more than that in the SE is like saying that Ghana is richer than USA.

SW has the worst in the south , with herdsmen, skull mining and gunmen everywhere. You guys have been covering but this statistics is from Abduction committee, why not read the report, it's from your own FG .

lol
See naked lie.
How can SW cover what happens there when they have the highest number of immigrants ( more than 11 million Igbos have migrated there for greener pastures) they also have largest media presence and it is a tradition that they report the slightest infractions so that they are quickly curtailed.
It is Igboland and Igbos who cover negative news or are accustomed to these negativities.

Recently,Alex Otto and co went to a market and 50 less human parts bodies were found and more 100 rotten corpses.

Recently,it was reported that Igbos were deserting SE because of the massive ritualism going on there, yet they were not reported until it became a pandemic.

No Nigerian will believe this fake stats from 3 Igbos.
Reality shows otherwise.

Read the report .
It's not an Igbo media that wrote it.
All you wrote is under the about 500 fatalities in the East.
Yours in SW is higher and you don't even have their stories.
Herdsmen and gunmen have been holding sw enclaves to Ransom but you won't admit.

So SE, not SW, was the safest in 2023?

SE is the safest region in the country.
Igbos like reporting these incidents so that moves can be made to crush them on time. Other regions try to cover things
This gives a false impression of frequency in the wrong areas.

Why didn't he go to his mother's state to create that institute? That institute will die in Lagos. By the time it is enforced that no other local language is allowed to be taught in Lagos schools or institutes than Yoruba you know what will happen, right?

If they exhibit this mentality on Yorubas elsewhere in Nigeria and abroad, what will you say?

The Igbo feminist women abi na axe head should look elsewhere for men, not among Yorubas who they end up turning to wrapper while they dictate everything in the home, something they can never try in Igboland and Igbo culture. Their place na inside bedroom and inside kitchen to be frying turkey for Mazis and the men during family meetings. Some of them still drink water used in bathing their dead husbands corpse in Igboland till date.

Igbo women are the most educated and empowered in Nigeria.

Your corpse rubbish was an ancient thing in a small part of Igboland that was invented when they suspected the woman to be the cause of her husband's death. Go and sleep

Why should they be disappointed? That means they don't know the level of achievement their own language has. The Yoruba has more international recognition than any other Nigeria language. It is being taught in universities in the US. So there is no reason why Yorubas should be jealous with his choice most likely influenced by his mum who doesn't like him speaking Yoruba. It's funny the mother is still so tribalistic after all her international exposure.

Funny enough, you didn't consider that the investment is still in Yoruba land. Sorry o.

Of course, the investment makes no sense in the East cos Igbo language is dominant there.
It should be in a non Eastern region for Igbo and others

I watched the documentary and I didn't feel good when he said that his mum always frown at them whenever they try to speak Yoruba at home but she was cool with them speaking Igbo. His father is Yoruba while his mother is Igbo. But that doesn't mean that she should shield them from learning their father's culture.

The father also frowned at them speaking Igbo.

I think she is too big for this kind of appointment. Even as an honorary adviser, there are responsibilities attached. I doubt if she is not too busy for such.

Una get comprehension problem ni abi Wetin? The explosion was because there was fire in the house which eventually touches the explosives the illegal miners stored in their home. You didn’t read where their neighbor said the illegal miner ran away from his home with his family immediately the fire started. That’s because he knew the blast would happen knowing he has explosives kept in his house.

Storing explosives in a house is akin to terrorism.
I am not saying it's proper terrorists that did this but it's grave to store them where people live.
He ran out without alerting people to leave too? He is evil.

Are you suggesting that US or Russia dropped bomb in Ibadan?

Or what is farfetched about the site of an explosion?

Whether Mining, Oil Prospecting, or Military Warfare, explosives are meant to explode.

So if explosives used for illegal mining was secretly stored at that location and it exploded, were you expecting a different outcome?
What are they mining and which explosives are used for mining?

I know emene axis, and nsukka and 9th Mile axis
But it can't be compared to what is in ABA, and onistha

Enugu government should focus on making the city to join 9th mile! People shouldn't be able to know they difference between 9th mile and Enugu (it's like ogidi and onistha, or osisioma and ABA)

Also nsukka and obollo afor should be looked into, fun facts is
The city glueing up there is far bigger than enugu,
Nsukka itself is okay, for sure
But those rural areas joining nsukka from obollo afor needs to be checked

That's because you only pass the express for 9th mile.
Well, I would rather a delay for a well thought out development than random jungle urbanisation.
Emene and 9th mile host large powerful industries o, forget.

Biafra was the only way to unite the Igbo nation.
At a time, Ben Nwabueze convinced MNK to drop Biafra in favor of restructuring and the young man agreed. And that's when the military struck with the Python Dance.
MNK has done his bit. We should do ours.
At least for the first time in decades, the Igbos now have a common sense of purpose and pride credit to IPOB and MNK.
And mind you, Biafra will be the last resort because the rest of Nigeria will be very jealous of a very prosperous Alaigbo and you can bookmark this.

No single pride came from IPOB.
It's been tears and sorrows since that group started .
