what femi provided is your mep2 code as regards the information you supplied. However, if there's anything wrong its should be from what you provided or you're not asking rightly. Check you still have attempts left and also if what you need is mep4.

This depends on your phone model anyway but just locate settings on the WhatsApp, there you'll find "Block Contacts" select the number to block (ofcourse, you must have it saved on your phone)
