Cameroon is this close to a civil war now, in very recent times we have seen the result of allowing foriegn interest sponsor anarchy in your country. Syria, Libya, Venezuela, Iraq, even Egypt that went to install a Moslem brother and now they have a new dictator replacing the old one.
As we weh don experience am dey tell kids and them no want hear, why not allow them slaughter each other so we can finally have peace?
They think say anarchy na to come outside, flex, eat, take pictures and toast woman lol grin
When them go start see some red eyed bros wearing rags weh dey live for bushes nearby, armed with assault rifles and shooting sporadically, raping their mothers in the anus, their sisters, cannibalism, killings in the streets for little to no reason, child soldiers,etc...Na that time dem go know say them fuxk up.

Don't mind him. Go and ask the average Libyan if he would prefer to turn back the clock and continue under Gaddafi's rule. They'll say yes. E say no more business as usual.... Lol. Many of them do not know anything about war. They think it is American film and they'll get a chance to act James Bond in real life.

These anarchists are been pushed to go on forever. They are getting free breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert, prepared to televise live EPL matches on Saturday at the protest ground with 2000 cans of Heineken (arranged for by one UK-based Nigerian doctor) already ready at Lekki toll gate, as well as Daystar Church service on Sunday, and all this is funded by unknown, untraceable foreigners. And people can't see where this is leading.

Since they have refused to be reasonable and dialogue about the reforms the IGP has announced including the Davido led independent panel to be setup to monitor these reforms, the government has to step in now and end this decisively. If they are not ready , then a coup should be in line. Before Nigeria's enemies get the war they want.

Many of Nigeria's problems are chickens that we failed to kill when they were chicks. The same way Boko Haram founder was allowed to spread and teach Bin Laden and Al Baghdadi philosophy to children across schools under the guise of freedom of speech, only for the government to act only when he had gathered thousands of followers already. Hopefully, they don't allow this foreign funded unrest to mature into something else.

Bros, I need to speak to you in camara. You cannot be speaking like this openly, something must be wrong.

The country has been sitting on a keg of gun powder, so this protest is long over due.

The old men governing us need to know that they are accountable. Examples of impunity are:
1) Jabi motor park leader paid hoodlums to district the protest.
2) The personal doctor/hospital of the nation's president is in the UK.
3) The national leader of the current ruling party got his son waiver to fly to UK during the lookdown to give birth in UK. Ask yourself, why is it important for these powerful people to be British citizens.
This is simple capitalism ,e get person weh dey hold you not to have your own UK passport or UK doctors?

Who mobilizes them to go kidnap yahoo boys and innocent citizens?

Even if tax is increased to 100%, nothing will change.
They go after yahoo boys to extort money, something they wouldn't have done if they were funded adequately.
If you pay police 400k/month,they have mortgage or say 10 year plan to have a home, car notes,etc...trust me no one of them will want to go on high speed chase with yahoo boys wink
But you cant do this without money, can you?How do you raise money locally?Taxes.
So how can you say taxing effectively will have no effect?
The reason police kidnap,do private security,Etc...is because of acute poverty,so much so that they'll literally starve if they depend only on salaries.

True.
Next time tell them the person being robbed will mobilize them on arrival.
It works like magic wink
If we don't want mobilization fee no more, let's fund the government properly.
Like telling them to increase Tax to say 35%,like the developed world we always compare ourselves to all the time, increase VAT too like in developed world, remove subsidies too and end socialism so as to save our government enough money to be able to fund security properly.
This way,no one will ask you for mobilisation fee again.
An officer earning 400k a month, mortgage and a secure pension and insurance has no business with asking you mobilisation fee,its natural.
Thank me later. wink

This jargon you wrote is nice on paper but we know those old men in charge just did a change of name without the orientation to value human life we're clamouring for.

I repeat Change is not a Destination, it's a journey.

Skipping steps only produces the the illusion of speed and never produces the satisfying results.

Btw do you know mental issues and having no empathy can make the content in a young vessel older and worn out than a 70years old man?
You lack facts to back up your claim.
Go back to Social media, did you not see where Davido acknowledged being handed the task of creating a monitoring organisation of the activity of these officers?
Do you know what that means? undecided
It means an independent, private run outfit will be the internal affairs of this squad.
Meaning the police will have no influence whatsoever over these people and their activities and you'd make all your reports about erring officers to them, not to the police.
If you have ever had a real job in your life, you'd know the impact of this kind of implementation.
As for your last paragraph, don't worry about my person,I am doing very fine thank you.

Are you a youth?
Are you tired of insecurity and oppression?
Do you want to make a change?
Then go out there, get busy and bring home the bacon.
This is the only change you can make, not by disturbing the peace on the streets.
You will say it is a peaceful protest, but is it really peaceful?
Do you know what it cost to obstruct a city like Lagos's economic activity for a day?
So tell me,where is the peace when people have lost billions due to this?
I blame the president sha,its like democracy is a tool westerners use to manipulate shitholes, they want to impose on us what our democracy should be like.
Else I see no reason why a "shoot to kill protesters" order wasn't given by the president to the armed forces huh

We're not jobless and if your generation did what is right, we will not be having this issue.

Let me school you, CHANGE is what we're clamouring for and CHANGE itself is not a Destination.

It's the journey of where you are ('As is') to where you want to be(*To be')

To focus on the end goal without considering the Journey is to put the Strategic path before the Change Management.

What tha hell is SWAT!

You don't want another security outfit to be created?
Do you know what will happen to you without a swift, tactical and weaponized strike force? undecided
When a force is scrapped completely and another built from scratch,do you know that means?
It means its chain of command will be scrapped and another built from down up.
Meaning new people will head different key positions and it wont be business as usual to footsoldiers, since they have different people to answer to.
Also,an independent monitoring unit will be formed, run by private individuals to keep this force's activity in check.
Do you know what that means?incorruptible, external internal affairs.
So tell me,what else do the youths want?
Btw,I am a very young man,so I don't know what you mean by MY GENERATION.

Naira is beginning to crash again all thanks to this and will crash more if this nonsense protest isn't ended.
Why?smart people will soon begin to see anarchy coming and would want to move all their cash out of Nigeria,or atleast have it in foreign currency.
This will take a toll on the already fragile naira due to the sudden rush of fx in fx starved Nigeria.
Next is NSE,it will be hit as well and investors will lose billions as people have not been going to work in key cities around Nigeria...plus portfolio holders trying to liquidate their shares and move the funds outta the country.
If this is not stopped, naira might hit 470 by Friday and continue to fall.
Also collapse of law and order is coming, lots of bitches shouting endSARS now will be brutally raped in the anus by these same criminals causing disorder, when order and consequence finally collapse.

Decisive action and not window dressing would have dissipated this
Now I hear that they are mulling shutting out the internet (dont know how true it is tho)
What wisdom is contained in such ill fated thought? undecided

Nigeria is at a precipice
And if care is not taken lipsrsealed
Shutting off the internet in times like this isn't a Nigerian or third world thing.
Check what happened in spain during that Catalonia whatever.
Even in the George floyd mayhem in the US,similar things were done in some areas.
It is the first step,so that the people will no longer have any medium to organise their protests.
2)Shut essentials such as water and electricity completely, sometimes calls.
3)military action!
Besides,we mustn't do everything like the west.Different regions,different people,different uprisings,different response.
Note this.
