Not being able to convert airtime to money is a CBN restriction. They don't want airtime to be used in place of cash.

The other limitations are because of KYC "Know Your Customer" rules. There are 3 KYC levels. Without submitting a valid I'D / Nepa bill, you are placed on KYC level 1 which restricts your account balance and other things.

KYC applies to both Mobile Money and normal Bank Accounts.
You are most likely on the 1st hence the limitations.

Cange and enabling functions are a collection support roles that deal branch transactions from a centralized location. Account maintenance unit, IT, OPC and the like fall under this group. Some transactions cannot be proccessed at the branch so they are sent to the relevant unit of the enabling functions group. Feel free to as further.

Thank you soo much. I don't have any banking experience. But I do have in change management. On the JD I noticed they wrote candidate must be willing to work outside official working hours. This scares me.

What are the working conditions under operations? Are there prospects for long term growth?

I have a very good job that gives me long term growth and am happy with it. The only reason I'll leave is if the financial differential is quite substantial and it offers better long term opportunities.

interest rate is the same everywhere because tbills is sold by FG and not individual companies, you also have the option to place your bid your self

for as low as 50k we could buy tbills for you, we accept instructions through email which saves you the time of coming to the office, once your account it opened we send you both email and number of your account officer should incase you need more info.
