The day you will plan doing it, Zoey may wake up and start disturbing watch out. I had it on my mind three days ago, I didn't sleep early... waited for DH to join us in the Bedroom, immediately he joined us Bobo woke up and didn't sleep till 2am and by then I had already slept off, I left him with his dad.
Did I forget to add that he has stop using his cot and he also refuse to sleep in a baby bed, behind me... lol, he prefer to sleep btw me and DH.

DH's tom has refuse to stand up since after I put to bed... yesterday I caught him with two bottles of coke, I was like no wonder power house has refuse to work then he said he is scared of even doing anything that he knws I have forgotten what I pass thru but he can still remember everything and he is still scared men can fear.

My dh is busy cleaning and tending to my cs line. Lol

My 3weeks plus old baby has chesty cough. She wasnt coughing but u could hear it in her cry.
Then she couldn't sleep all night n coughed this morning.
I did d sugar n oil remedy and she instantly started sneezing it out so i have been extracting mucor.

By the 3rd dose of d sugar n palm oil, she let out the phlegm like vomit. Very plenty.
Now its stuffed nose
The cough has gone. Or should i say reduced. But her nose.
I cant see mucor but she has difficulty breathing. She is even using her mouth.

No one has cough or cattarh at home... dunno how it came about.
Please help with how i can decongest her nostrils so she can even suck n sleep well.

Thank you all so much for the advise on increased flow. Infact from no flow to small flow to now.
Rofemiguwa gave me fenugreek.... it made me see breast milk and i am so grateful.
Then for the increase in flow... i used 1. Ate iru twice.... 50naira worth first night n second night. Couldn't bring myself to eat it the next morning..... lol
2. I ate well, drink bucket of water n slept well... infact i fell sick and they said it was stress as am restless.... they said the headache i had was bp but it cleared after resting for two days...
3. I ate bitterleaf soup twice. Really ate the leaves.....
4. I stopped wearing bra and was practically naked.... MIL said to let the boobs breath.... that bra is used to wean babies....
I couldnt do palmwine.... hubby would have to go towards akudo to get... so far.

The moment i carry Zoey.. its starts pouring from both boobs.... like hian.
Its more when she is sucking one... the other will be staining bed ...
Zoey has not taken any other thing than breast for the past 48hours.... she latches but its painful except i remove n reposition... which causes annoyance. Lol
Then she would suck for long and close her eye u will think she has slept.. try removing breast and see that her gum is clinched tight to it...lol then the sucking will start again.
My sleep now is less than 2 hours o.... she sucks round d clock... once i put her down she stays calm for 10mins and wakes up looking for bobbi... hian.
But today seems different becos of what happened.

My girl has been poo-ing with every milk she swallows.
Like when she sucks and i bring her to burp... she will polute n shiit. So i became worried. Made formular this evening and gave her. Then pumped 90mil each from them boobies and threw away.
I am now worried.
Is she reacting to my milk?
I used to allow her suck daily before....the flow was established so we cant say its soured or is that it?
Why is she stooling?
I have vowed not to take tea n bread again as that has been my only meal for days now.... thats why i pumped n threw away... maybe the sugar content is much... please help me! advise me.

Mil said i should put "kamfura pelebe" in water n be giving her one spoon... i have been acting deaf... saying i dont know where to get it.
Pleade help me....

My people, it have teyed I came here. They said pregnancy no be sickness so I'm mindful of saying I have been sick. My vomitting and Nausea no be here ooo. Plus I can't really eat, if i do, I vomit. If I drink water, I vomit, if i perceive, I vomit. in fact I vomitted to the extent I was admitted for a day with drips. Vomitting makes me weak. Swallowing those drugs makes me vomit as well. Since Saturday night, I have been having severe headaches like pins are all over. I finished the card of paracetamol caplet, did ice block on my forehead, nothing dey work. in fact, if i attempt to vomit, I need someone to hold my head.

Plz sister's, make una no pass me by. Abeg, is there affordable prenatal vitamins in syrup form? Let me solve one problem first. Plus this vomitting and Nausea is too much for me o ooo. I'm just past my 13th week. The journey is still far. Help a desperate FTM to be. God bless u All

Put ur prenantals in eba or swallow na.
Me used to even use pap to take mine. I will just drop in side thick pap thats not too hot... lol
Inside d spoon to swallow not the bowl.

Can u get crackers.... eat as soon as u wake up. While still on the bed.
U can get apple too and chew very well.

I was taking locuzard for strength but later hated it.

Try n know what make u vomit. So u can avoid it.
I loved eating outside food at a point... aftet i could only eat inside house food.... just be listening to ur body small small.
