I used to bring a bowl of fresh sharp sand indoor every night so my cat can dig n pu inside then cover it.
They r neat unlike dogs or goats....
They hide pu, pee n even xex time.
U cant catch them easily.... lol

They only spit at foes or when angry n they hardly get angry.
Only time i saw one of my cat angry was when i was playing with a dog.
It fought the dog n was trying to spit on it until i called it.

I had 2 cats for over 5years. Infact d first one was living with me for 2 months b4 anyone in my house saw it... lol

I was scared n thought my mum will kill me but funny enough, she liked it. Then i brought the second one home. Lol

D issue wit dis pure water is not in d sophisticated producers,it goes deep. If a company is producing both bottled n satchet water,u shld definitely get a good product 4rm them. I'm nt talking abt dem, I'm talking abt d producers dat produce 4rm their "backyard", trust me,dey dnt hv nafdac nos,dey just print stuffs on d satchet n dey seal it wit hot iron. It's being done n ppl patronize dem. We hv a long way to go in dis country.
During my IT,we used to analyse our products using Eva n nestle water as control samples. Unfortunately,even eva water didn't really meet up bt nestle did. As u r an analyst,I'd lyk to encourage u to get 10 satchets of pure water 4rm random sellers/hawkers(100 naira),tk it to ur lab,analyze it n come tel me wat u found out,they r killing us softly as sad as that sound,its d truth.

Btw,I did my IT in 2013,so it hasn't really been dat long n seeing as there hasn't been any really positive change lyk dat in our country,one cannot blame me if I also say that there hasn't been any change in dis pure water meme.

The examplr of sealing with hot iron or manual sealing machine is old fashioned.
To know the difference ... the one with the flap at the top and bottom is sealed with manual machine aka your uot iron. Thats how pure water started.

In year 2002 and beyond people started using automatic machines. .. those are the ones that have the flap by the sides....

and truth be told NAFDAC is working
They raid illegal producers and arrest always. Lockup fake factories and fine heavily after seizin goods.
Even those who are approved gets checked every year... like serious checking.
Thats why producers have to employ quality control . and more. NAFDAC still they bring new guidliness that must be adhered too. Always. .. example is the ozone purifier. Its relatively new here.. if pure water was that poor do u know how many people would have died

But then again. Am not saying i support the woman whi gave the baby water... i still blame the irresponsible mother.
Her friend had to do what she had to do.

And d machine seal at once. when d satchel water came into d markert, every dick and harry ar jst packaging it, but today, its no longer like that, b4 u set up a factory, dia r procedures u jst ve to follow, d satchel u see dis day cant be sealed with hot iron. U can try it. D factory u worked with, guess dey produce on bottled water. For those producing both satchel and bottled, dt is d procedure. Am a food technologist and a public analyst.

@sugah, most of d factory operate with NAFDAC standard operating procedure, d water most must be treated b4 it goes into dt satchel u r seeing.

eennn eeeeennn teamie so dats wats as been happening to me, weneva I try to stand up its my bumbum bone dat will fail, in fact my left knee is always doing gbim gbim!!!

You can do smal small exercise to ease it.

I used to stand by d window, hold the buglary then bend -like squat position. Stay still for 5 seconds then get up. Do it how many times u can and as often as possible. Say morning n evening.
Ur bones might make d crack noise.
But u will feel better.

Then another one. Spread your legs apart while in standing position. Then do the nursery rhyme. .. my head, my shoulder, my knees my toes... while touching them. Start slowly then go as fast as possible. You can do 10 per time.

Another one is side plank - though difficult but u will enjoy it.

When i get pains or heaviness or weakness. I drag myself and do them and feel more better.
I also take strolls at evenings. Slow n steady.

Sorry about your experience. Google is right.....bitter leaf is not safe for pregnant women especially in concentrated form as you took yours. How many weeks gone are you ? I want to believe if you are above 20 weeks or so , you should be relatively safe. Pray about it. Ask God to protect your LO. Take bed rest for a day or 2 if possible. You will be fine.
